"Restaurant AGAVA" - a place where fine dining truly meets a casual atmosfere.

This is very special place, a bit hidden, a bit shy...A classic Italian restaurant filled with subtle dark colours and distinctive lightning. Wide windows provide an unique view, and in spring and summer the green terrace will attract you immediately. The restaurant was opened in 2005. It is runned by Belizar Milos (owner/partner) who is also the main chef, responsible for many mediterranean delices and beyond.

So, come to the number 39 of Tklaciceva street... It'll take you 39 staircases to come to your little hiding place.

Great food and great service! We love Agava. We love the atmosphere. The waitstaff are friendly and attentive, but not overbearing. The food is wonderful and the wine and rakija are lovely!

Everything was just ok. Dessert was great. I don't like interior. Service nothing special .. Price VS quality = unreal. However, you can agree just ok menu. Advice: don't take tuna (usually prepared and very dry). Portions was very very small ...

We had a fantastic dinner at Agava on New Year's Eve. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. Despite the set menu, our waiter and the chef went out of their way to prepare a gluten free meal for my sister-in-law. Agava is definitely one of the best restaurants in Zagreb. I look forward to returning and trying... More

A traditional Croatian restaurant with a good menu and great traditional food. We had dinner there on Christmas Eve with eleven people. Everyone ordered full meals off the menu and we had several bottles of wine. The food was great and everyone enjoyed their meals. The total cost, including tip, was less than $400. What a bargain!
