This is very special place, a bit hidden, a bit shy...A classic Italian restaurant filled with subtle dark colours and distinctive lightning. Wide windows provide an unique view, and in spring and summer the green terrace will attract you immediately. The restaurant was opened in 2005. It is runned by Belizar Milos (owner/partner) who is also the main chef, responsible for many mediterranean delices and beyond. So, come to the number 39 of Tklaciceva street... It'll take you 39 staircases to come to your little hiding place.

We visited two restaurants in Zagreb and both were excellent. This restaurant had excellent seafood pasta and it was light and fresh. My husband had the traditional beef dish with gnocchi and he said it was also excellent . We both chose traditional entree and recommend the menu. The waiter was very friendly, entertaining and made the night even more... More

Our concierge at the hotel told us about is place, and we went for dinner. It had the most welcoming service, and we sat on a table on the terrace which was lovely overlooking all the action below. We were new into Croatia, so we were helped with the wine list and a beautiful bottle of Grasvina was had. Eggplant... More

WE had come to Agava at the beginning of our trip and it had been so good, that after returning from Dubrovnik. The first meal had been good but the second meal was amazing. At both experiences, the wind selections showed off the possibility that Croatian wines have. I was disappointed in most of them during my stay. I described... More

It was last day of our visit to Zagreb (4 girls) and we had to try this restaurant just for the attractions that it has from outside and recommendations. Great, excellent meal. Great service. And the price surprised us possitively. Just one thing to improve: toilet.

I went here for dinner based on TA reviews and I was definitely not disappointed. Actually, I was impressed! Every food I ordered was excellent, waiter was extremely friendly, kind, helpful and price was very reasonable considering the quality of food and service. Onions soup and especially Croatian pasta with truffles were to-die-for. This Croatian pasta is orginally named as... More
