Great food and they sell french fries on kilo :) goes well with beer. There are some very interesting meals, very tasty. And eating in their garden is just the best!

Divaka ("the Savage") is a chain of three restaurants (to my knowledge) where they always greet you with a smile. Food is always well prepared, all the year round there is excellent draft beer (Czech, Bulgarian, etc.), at prices that are nowhere else to be found in a EU capital. This is my second favorite place in Sofia to meet... More

"Divaka" are very famous restaurants for everybody. There you can try traditional bulgarian kitchen. The atmosphere is not special, there is no live music or place to dance. In the past the portions were bigger. The food is fresh because a lot of people visit this restaurant. It is good to have a reservation especially for Friday evening.

The meal was absolutely amazing and were please with every aspect of our visit. The staff were helpfully, the portions were large, the food was delicious, the options were extensive and the meal was very cheap. Indulge in the desserts as well you won't be disappointed. Thanks

This restaurant was recommended to my wife and I by one nearby that were fully booked. I am so glad, it is one of the best restaurant I have ever been to in Bulgaria and I've travelled to the country over 30 times. It is well positioned for the city centre and is almost always busy. And that is because... More

The restaurant serves simple and yet tasty dishes. The garden is lovely. Reservations are not accepted but the place is full all the time. I recommend fried potatoes with cheese, soup DIvaka with bread, a salad called the Green chicken.

Great Food, Mid ranged prices. The chicken wrapped in bacon was really good, and all the rest of my friends enjoyed their meals too.

This place serves great Bulgarian dishes that are cooked very well and are true to tradition. If you would like to try inexpensive traditional food, this is the place for you.

I visited the one at Gladstone street, but saw some others all over Sofia. It was recommended to me and I liked the food drinks and atmosphere. As it was in spring, I enjoyed a dish with lamb.
