My husband's brother lives in Sarajevo and he recommended that we try Nanina Kuhinja (it was also recommended to us because it's one of the FEW restaurants left in Bascarsija that still serves alcohol). I was wanting to try to sogan dolma for the first time, so I ordered the Sarajevski sahan (Sarajevan Dish/Plate). It comes with sogan dolma, sarmice... More

We like to try local food and were not disappointed with this restaurant. I ordered the Bosnian Pot which was meat, potatoes and carrots which had been braised. It was the most tastiest food and the pita bread that we were given was thick, warm and so tasty. Two other people at the table had the Sarajevo Pot which was... More

Stopped into this place, had the klepe -- pretty darned tasty. It was a cozy atmosphere with big windows for watching the world go by. Good menu of traditional Bosnian fare.

Wonderful food and great service. A small restaurant in old Sarajevo. It was January but still had great selection and we enjoyed the location.

A very pleasant restaurant at the old part of Sarajevo with Bosnian meals with a "home-feel" traditional atmosphere. Me and my wife had a very pleasant dinner with delicious soup, meals, desserts and typical Balkan coffee.

Like home cooked meals, only better :-) Tried Bamija and Buramija, both dishes are cooked veal with vegetables. Excellent, no remarks. We drank Sarajevsko bottled beer. Haven't tried the desert, we were full :-) Price tag for two: 17eur

If you think that you've already had enough cevapcici and Burek in Sarajevo and want to taste something different, this is a place you would consider. They serve varieties of traditional Bosnian cuisine. My wife and I had two soups and two main dishes for dinner. The food was very good for my (Turkish) taste. Especially the meat they use... More

Great food and friendly staff who we ended up laughing with. Very tasty dishes. Very typical of the local cuisine and not overpriced just because of location. Well worth the money.

In a little side street with plenty of opportunity for people watching guests can sit outside around large round tables with plenty of elbow room! Great coffee and baklava but my spinach and cheese pie was delicious and not too rich. The service is lovely and with a smile... Both waiters were extremely helpful in helping me get to my... More

Had a great meal here on our first night in Sarajevo in twelve years. Food was delicious and the waiter was really professional and helpful. My veggie dishes were superb. I'm not usually a fan of being serenaded by gypsy musicians but one of the guys here shredded like Eddie Van Halen and fully deserved getting a tip. All in... More
