Coming from the north, this restaurant is a little bit of a hassle to get to, but it was a decent meal. The decor is very trendy, the waiter was friendly and it wasn't crowded on a Sunday afternoon. The lettuce on the salad bar was nice and crisp with choices of spinach, iceburg and mixed greens. My husband and... More

We receive good service at this Ruby Tuesday restaurant. The salad bar is awesome! Good choice of menu items. Interior is too dark; needs more lighting in some areas.

Years back when Ruby first opened in Ashland, it was great time after time. Unfortunately when the initial luster worn off, it just became an expensive place to get a typical meal without any flare. Besides the tremendous cost for their mediocre dishes, the service could be improved on each and every level. I now understand why there was a... More

My family and I were there at 2:30 in the afternoon. There were a total of 6 tables in the whole restaurant being occupied. It took us 12 min to get our drinks and 5 min to get some napkins. When he brought out the napkins he brought 2 and there was 3 of us as one was a child.... More

Even when we eat there with a coupon, it is more expensive than any other of our usual restaurants. Food is pretty good and atmosphere is fine.

It had been a long time since we had eaten at Ruby Tuesday, so we decided to try it for a late lunch. Was seated promptly, and our server, I believe her name was Dusty, was at our table within minutes getting our drink orders. Fast, prompt, and friendly service. we received our food quickly. Was nice and hot. Salad bar... More

This restaurant used to have the best salad bar...now everything is dried out or not ripe. I hope this trend doesn't continue into their dinners.

Food was equally as tasty as any Ruby Tuesday out there. Any slight flaw was taken care of very quickly. Best service I've seen anywhere!

Evening began with asking the hostess to find our server, we sat for over 5 minutes waiting for someone to take our beverage order. After that small incident we were waited on hand and foot. My selection for dinner arrived with rice after I specifically asked for no rice. Took several minutes for my dish to reappear and when it... More

Five of us met for a late lunch prior to a reunion dinner at Holy Family. We didn't want to overeat, so we chose "small plates": Guacamole, two orders of Fire Wings (huge portion!), Coconut Shrimp (smaller portion) and Spring Rolls. It was plenty of food and just what we wanted. Service was a bit slow, considering that we were... More
