Really good beers from their own micro-brewery. Nice staff. Decent food. Moderately expensive, but where isn't in Papeete.
I enjoyed the ginger beer which was featured the 2nd time around we went there. Their menu is good, prices are reasonable, and the ambiance is great. The location is wonderful: you can look at the Pape'ete Port and ships from the patio area and inside, the decor inside is cool as well. There are big fans here and there... More
Much cheaper than most other restaurants that we have visited. You can even buy beer in the morning to have with an omelette. A jug of beer is $20 CAD. They have 4 or 5 different kinds of beer that they brew there. They even have a separate English menu. We went a few times so far and will be... More
the roadside tables give a view of the main waterfront street of Papeete. Live music often on Friday or Saturday nights This is a beer lovers restaurant, they brew their beer right in the restaurant and you can see the brewery attached to it, quite unique. try their beer plater which has a variety of blonds to dark beers excellent... No many restaurants are found now in Papeete and Les 3 Brasseurs is the most popular cosmopolitan outdoor caffee, restaurant near the waterfront.
This bar was always open and generally packed with locals. The beer is brewed on the premises and is good. They sometimes have live music and the whole vibe is relaxed and chilled.
Fish in French Polynesia is great, but can get a bit tiring day after day. We had a sausage charcuterie plate with sauerkraut which made for a refreshing change. I also had the beer degustation which lets you try different brews from the microbrewery. Our friends had fish and chips which they said was great. Good sized portions and friendly... More
The beer was cold and delicious. Their is an air conditioned room in the back if you are tired of being hot all day as we were. My husband and I both had the fish and chips. The fish was swordfish and very fresh. Our friends had the sausage platter and both said it was very good. The location is... More
We brew our own beer so finding microbreweries is a big hobby of ours. In Tahiti you have Hinano and Tabu as your only two main stream "local" beers. We found the main Hinano brewery or what looked to be the brewery in a valley to the south of town - but couldn't find any tours or tasting room or... More
Sat outdoors. Many beers on draft, had the sampler which was fun. For meals we had croque monsieur, ham and cheese on baguettes and rare tuna salad. Served with bread. No complaints, all good!
