Fijian time service, but tasty!

Surprised that there was maximum only 3 tables during peak lunch time for a #1 restaurant. It was still very slow service - Fijian time. Rourou balls w fish and the sour spicey fish soup was excellent. Best meal on our whole trip. Smiling, friendly service.

Lovely restaurant with a chef who knows how to please. I recommend the Kokoda (pronounced kokonda) which is a ceviche with coconut milk. I ordered the steamed vegs with sesame and it was more than I could eat. Wonderful place and I wish I could go back and have a few more meals!

Always suggest this place to anyone who asks for somewhere great to eat. Also add that they should not be put off by the look of the place as it is one of 'those' eateries that focuses on Cleanliness and Fresh Fabulous Fiji Food instead of the Glitz.

Not only we were lucky that our Mary Coates & Sandra Simpson Theggard were close friends of Tony & Ian; we got to personally meet them and they joined us after a sumptuous to die for dinner....the rourou lolo balls were the best and the fish beautifully cooked, the pork dish was amazing...and the beef salad was scoffed down easily....the... We went over to Tu's Place based on locals recommendations. Food served there was delicious, and service was suburb! We have dined there several times and would go back for our future trips to Fiji!

Awesome fijian food! we went twice! the portions are massive!for me already quite to much. i don't need three pieces of fish as a main. the service was sometimes a little bit slow but that was still alright. If you are in Fiji and you want to eat tasty fijian food, go to Tus Place!!

We had the native platter for dinner. It had fried fish and spinach balls. There was plenty to eat. The fish was little dry and could have used some sauce. Our waitress was pleasant . The restaurant is located in a plaza that we found a little difficult to find. Meals that others around us had ordered looked very good.... More

It's hard to find the true Fijian taste in Nadi town. Tu's is a rare gem of a place, just out of town, offering simple and tasty fresh local produce, generous portions and value for money. We went once and made an effort to get back one more time during our stay in Fiji. Loved the Kokoda, the prawns, the... More
