Calm after the Cyclone Pam

Got to Nadi after several stressful days coping with Cyclone Pam and our flight from Kiribati. The staff was very friendly and welcoming for a late dinner - the food was very good - portions a little lacking. Overall one of the better places we ate while in Fiji.

we ate here as we transited in Nadi. Clean, large restaurant with a bar. Big menu and the chicken curry and Naan were excellent. The lobster was average, overcooked. It TOOK AGES we waited an hour for food and the restaurant was not full. I wouldn't go back for the lobster.

I have been here on a few occasions and each time the food is very good. Nice selection of curries, roti and naan which have just the right amount of heat. The restaurant has a nice relaxing outdoor feeling. The service is usually very prompt and efficient. I would keep coming back here.

I am not into a lot of spices and never tried Indian food out before but took my partner there while staying in Fiji as he loves hot chilli foods. I tried Ceylon on our first visit and was amazing. One of the best meals I tasted and they made it mild so wasn't spicy for me. Went back the... More

This restaurant is very nice and we visited twice during our stay in Fiji. Nice atmosphere with seating area inside and out. Really enjoyed the food, chicken tikka masala & Jalfrazei were good! Reasonably priced too.

Conveniently located close to the airport Sitar has great indoor and outdoor seating. We had a variety of Indian dishes which suited our not to hot palettes but all was tasty nonetheless....

We had a lovely meal here - it is towards the main town of Nadi about a 10 min cab ride from the resorts at Denarau without the inflated prices. It's also a chain in Brisbane. We had the goat curry Fijian style that was extremely spicy (my husband loved it) and I had the eggplant- which was really nice... More

We had a late lunch here, and it was well priced and the food was good. The staff are warm and welcoming and the food didn't take too long. The restaurant has a good vibe and the outdoor seating gives it a pub-like feel.

I ate Indian there and I'm sorry to say the food was so disappointing that we decided to skip dinner after our entrees and lassi. The mango lassi was so sweet I asked them to make me another which was also too sweet to be enjoyable. I didn't want to complain so asked for more ice and added a glassful... More

The restaurant is nice with in and outdoor tables. The serving staff were pleasant and accommodating. We had Thai meals which were OK but not as good as expected because of a misunderstanding (or error) in the kitchen. And indeed, the meals were no different to what you would expect in any "cheap" Thai restaurant. I'd go there again but... More
