This restaurant (for dinner) was fantastic! Again, a 5 star experience (and price) but surprising compared to experiences here at other times of the day. Stick to dinner, do breakfast if it's included in your room otherwise venture out for a fresh juice.

Ate here a few times, the food was fabulous and so was the service. Would recommend the Pork Loin, it was some of the best pork we have eaten.

Our cocktails were delicious, the best part of the meal. I ordered the corn croquettes as my entree - they were really nice. My boyfriend ordered kakoda. He didn't like it, it came with tempura veges which didn't fit with the meal. Kakoda is traditionally a cold meal and this one was served warm. Our mains were not good. I... More

Beachfront, romantic, 5-star presentation food, cooked to perfection. Nice to go and relax on the sofas afterwards.

I had talked up the Hilton Fiji to my husband after enjoying dinner here on several occasions back in 2007. I was with friends staying at the Radisson and we loved Nuku so much we came back every night for a week. I was therefore excited about eating out again at Nuku for our last night in Fiji after a... We had reservation for 7pm. We arrived at 6.30pm and were discarded to a waiting couch. We finally got seated and ordered. 2 hours later, after asking 5 times where our food was, there was chaos and we decided we were ready to leave-hungry! Similar story for a NZ family in the next table. Totally disorganised. The restaurant manager doesn't... More

Nuku is the Casual restaurant at the Hilton. Have eaten there many times over the years. The food is consistent and the service always friendly. The views if you can score a Beachside table are fabulous - even better if you decide to visit as evening falls and you enjoy a cocktail as the sunset takes place.

Am still at the Hilton - two adults, no kids. Breakfasts reasonable, as long as you avoid the rush times when lots of families are in. In five breakfasts so far, have only been asked once if I wanted tea (which is not avail as self-service) or coffee. I replied 'yes coffee please', and the waitress walked off, never to... More

This place is lovely, and very laid back. After an afternoon swim, we watched the sun set with some cocktails and decided to stay for dinner. The mains were great, and the desserts absolutely fantastic. The service was wonderful. If you do enjoy their service and decide to leave a tip, leave the tip in cash because tips via credit... We met friends for lunch who were staying at the Hilton and thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon. Sitting near the pool was very pleasant, but the waterfall cascading from one pool to the next made hearing each other a bit of a challenge. Service was good though we were asked by four different waiters "are you enjoying your lunch?" which got... More
