We ate here recently . The food was tasty and the atmosphere first class but compared to the other major Japanese restaurant at the Tanoa we found it to be quite expensive

I am not fussed about my food but this was a true dining experience not to be forgotten. Customer Care service was great . You would have to make reservations prior as they get booked out easily most nights. The local Fijian chef was a pro and knew well what he was doing and had everyone staring at his presentation.... A definite must for lovers of Japanese food, and would encourage you to go for lunch and dinner - service was also very good. We left with a couple of their 'inside-out salmon rolls' to have on the beach back at the resort with a bottle of champs........ inexpensive and superb!

It's my second visit to Fiji but it's my forth visits to this restaurant! Food: Assorted sashimi (L) - very fresh, beautiful arrangement. Teppanyaki - big portion and it fed us all up! Service: Friendly people. Teppanyaki chef and waitresses were all friendly. I've ordered and drunk a lot of sake, and the waitress gave me a cup of green... More

First of all, I did not like the service at all; the waitresses were not that friendly; I expected them to be knowing that Daikoku has gained a good reputation in Nadi amongst tourists and expats... The interior of the restaurant has a Japanese feel to it, with several Teppanyaki tables... Concerning the food, we've tried: Japanese Salad: Delicious Assortment... More
