Definitely head here for some teppenyaki. Delicious food and a nice break from the resorts of Denerau. We also had some pretty amazing sashimi snapper - very fresh. One of the best meals I've had here (in fact I'd put it in my top 2).

Awesome food, fabulous service, great experience. If you are looking for fresh sashimi, authentic Japanese food and great value for money. Maybe $60 per head fjd including a bottle of wine. Real value for money

Large and popular — get reservations if you expect to dine after about 6pm — with a variety of well prepared Japanese specialties and general fare both kitchen prepared and prepared at the table. It is not quite Tokyo quality but not Tokyo prices either. Good food and nice ambience for people enjoying Japanese style food. Recommended

Another fantastic meal. thanks. Well worth a visit. My only complaint was we were rushed, our chef didn't really talk much and cooked our courses way too quick. All other service was great.

Thank you very much for your patronage. We are sorry for making your dinner being rushed. On Feb 2014, most of Teppan-Yaki Staff left our company, therefore we are currently, running operation with 2 Teppan-Yaki staff and newly trained staffs and some help from Suva branch. We still face shortage of Teppan-Yaki cook when all the Tables are ready at... More

I should have posted this earlier on our return from Fiji. We had driven past this place on our many trips to Fiji but normally early in the morning so have not had the chance to until early 2014.Our friends who live at Raki RAKI and Suva sing the praises of the place. We if we could have dined their... More

Thank you very much for dining at Daikoku Restaurant. Some people says that Rice is just Rice, but we, for us Japanese, Rice (and Miso soup) is one of the most important Japanese food. Therefore, we choose and import Quality Rice exclusively for our Restaurant use. Even if it costs us more for our own import rice compared to using... More

Highlights: 1) Fresh seafood, expertly prepared to perfection. 2) Joshua-well trained, great cooking performance, very fast, and very good. We are not fried rice fans, but watching Joshua prepare this dish is so much fun. We order it just to watch him cook, fold, then slice the eggs up at an incredible speed. He does this better than most Teppan-Yaki... More

Thank you very much for dining at Daikoku Restaurant Nadi. We are giving the same training to every staff, but Joshua made his personal effort according to our advise. He is still new but learnt fast with good mind, that is why I believe that his service and performance are getting popular among many customers. Although we start advising our... More

A great place for teppanyaki! We ordered a teriyaki chicken, and sirloin steak with fried rice, prawns, all were delicious! Plum wine pouring was generous and hot sake goes down well.

Finally managed to visit Daikoku Restaurant for a long leisurely lunch last November – it was well worth the effort. Is situated on the Martintar Strip (halfway between Nadi Airport and Nadi town), and also easy access from Port Denarau hotels. Quiet ambience, relaxing and very attentive staff. I cannot consume rice, but all dishes can be served minus this,... More

Saw This restraint on way to hotel and knew we must try. We were not let down and went back on our last night to try the great food again! Will return next time in Nadi!
