We absolutely love Indian food and were looking forward to eating at Raviz. We ordered four different vegetarian curries, which all looked and tasted the same. They were all brown, too salty and really seemed to be made from packet gravy. The staff was nice but very busy and service was slow. We really wanted to like the restaurant but... More

Had four types of curry at dinner, 2 vegetarian, chicken, and lamb. All were obviously from the same base and incredibly sweet it was. We tried to complain but the distracted waitress thought we were complimenting her when we said it was too sweet. We had also orded 'hot' and all the dishes were decidedly mild. The garlic nan and... We enjoyed this restaurant, just about everything on the buffet was quite tasty. Service was unobtrusive.

We stopped by Raviz because we are nuts about Indian food. The service by Ravi himself and a kind waitress was prompt, very friendly, and efficient. The mango lassi was excellent. We then shared butter chicken and saag paneer and both dishes came with rice. The butter chicken was very good, not the best I'd ever had, but definitely surprisingly... More

The worst curry I have ever had, we went on the buffet night but wasn't informed that they would be no spice and they would all be very mild! We didn't eat any of it and begrudgingly paid for it and left very unhappy :(

We stopped in to take a break from the standard island fare. Raviz was surprisingly decent Indian food. Price was OK, quantities very good and the food quite tasty. One dish was saltier than I would have liked, and none of them had any real spicey heat to them, but the quality of the meat was good. The naan was... More

Indian food that is easily as good as any you find in Australia or New Zealand. The Friday night all you can eat buffet is good value. It has about four curries, tandoori chicken, various patties and vegetable dishes, naan (and garlic naan), raita, chutneys, etc. Drinks are not included, but fairly reasonably priced. Didn't seem very popular, but I... More

Stopped here for lunch after hearing others recommend the food. They have $6.95 lunch specials (takeaway) from Mon - Saturday, it costs a little more if you want to eat in the restaurant, but only a few more dollars. I had the butter chicken which was very tasty. All up my lunch only cost $10 so no complaints from me!
