Not worth it

I lived in Montevideo for three years and never understood why people liked this place. Well, I actually did, but I didn't share their criteria. For me to like a restaurant what really matters is the quality of the food, not who is sitting in the other tables or how modern is the setup... Food at... read more

Sushi is a great choice here - the rest of the menu is interesting and there are food dishes. Whatever you do leave some space for the Chocolate a Morir!

The place is really nice and the waitress and staff very nice. Such as the entry, first plate and dessert is very good and the sushi is excellent. I go frequently to this place on thurdays or fridays at night and is good fun to eat here.

Such a pity we have discovered this place a week before leaving the country! We were invited here by friends who are locals. I went for business, the food was excellent, the waiters are really nice to all costumers. I ordered a milanesa de trufas which was exquisite.

We have one night in Montevideo & while at lunch at La Pasiva we asked a local where would be the best place to eat near the Sofitel if you had just one night in Montevideo. He was right one the money. Cozy, romatic atmosphere. Attentive staff. The food was excellent! I went very boring by my standards (trying to... More

One of the best options in Montevideo. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, good drinks and menu adapts to every customer - small but varied. Salads and the tiraditos are very nice. Try the "chocolate a morir" for dessert if you are a chocoholic!
