Buffet is good especially the ceviche and desserts. The place is beside the river and the garden is very relaxing.

Very restful and serene atmosphere. Beautiful river view with the mountains. As this was a buffet, if you left hungry, it was not due to the size of the servings. Good introduction to some of the Peruvian cuisine with a modest selection, although after our "first" Peruvian meal, it was a little bland. Can't say much about the cost, as... More

The first impression was of beautiful flowers and well kept facility. We ate outside. Lovely view of the river serenaded by traditional Peruvian music. S/ 50 per person. Have llamas and alpacas on the grounds for photos. Yes it caters to tour buses but they do it well. We were with friends and not on a tour bus.

this place reminded me of these landmark places that ur gramma and her sisters stop at EVERY SINGLE TIME they go to a certain area. It's quaint, along the highway and because it's mostly a buffett, it's quick. the food was good, not outstanding, just good. alcohol at reasonable prices. restrooms are clean. and it has the most spectacular view... I would not have chosen to eat here as it is very busy with charabancs and many tourist vans, but our guide brought us here and maybe there are few choices in the area. Once you fight your way through the crowds, the cold buffet is not bad, but the hot choices looked unappetizing. We sat outside and it was... More

Avoid this mediocre and touristy place, food and service are terrible, it is a sin to place this restaurant under a peruvian food list. It's a shame we wasted one of our meals here. Don't let your tour operator take you there.

Big tourist trap, avoid and go to eat at a descent place. Huge buffet, not very clean. Has microwaves at the dining room. All the torurist agencies bring the groups because they give commission.

Came here on the recommendation of our private tour manager, although our driver actually suggested we might want to consider some other places in the area. The setting was absolutely beautiful, with terrace seating surrounding a nice garden courtyard, with some unintrusive live music and several textile and souvenir vendors. There was certainly a very wide selection of food in... More

We were part of a day tour to the Sacred Valley and had a choice of Tunupa or another place and we chose Tunupa. It was very crowded (lots of tour busses) and there were long lines for the buffet. The food kept running out and by the time I got dessert there was nothing left. The food we did... More

The grounds are beautifully kept and the buffet is great. The salads are fresh, the hot dishes are tasty, the desserts are in small portion that you can try a varieties of them. This is a good place to take a break!
