lovely buffet meals served in lovely setting

helpful staff and plenty choice of food for a lovely buffet lunch. Does get quite busy with tour groups so we were there early and had plenty time to get a table and eat quietly. Did get noisy with so many groups.

Excellent choices in the buffet. Got to try my first Ceviche in Peru, We sat on the patio and enjoyed the view as well as the llamas, alpacas and deer. Friendly and prompt service

Tunupa is on the outskirts of Urubamba in a beautiful mansion set on at least two acres of gardens and lawn on the river front. The day we visited the weather was spectacular, cool and sparkling. The buffet offers a truly impressive variety of traditional Peruvian food. Wait staff was, on the whole, very attentive. A pan-pipe group provided excellent... More

This restaurant is located in a beautiful, flowered place, with green grass, peruviAn musician playing, some llamas and alpacas in the garden. It is possible to find vegetarian options as well as PeruviAn typical food: fresh ceviche. The dessert buffet is incredible. This was the dirtiest (restrooms) and had a sub-par food buffet out of all the restaurants we tried in Urubamba. The buffet staff did not speak English, and the food was not Peruvian enough, why do we need Sushi in Peru? Slow service, attacked by vendors in the parking lot, this place goes on my list as unmemorable. Muna and... More

Very popular with the tour buses. If you don't mind that, a very nice place to have a relaxing buffet meal.

The restaurant is set in a beautifully colourful garden which stretches down to the Urubamba river. A few llamas and guanacos tend to the lawns! It's very peaceful, and the surrounding verdant mountains make for a scenic backdrop. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating and consists of a gigantic self-service buffet (of the type "all-you-can-eat" which covers everything... More

This restaurant was part of our private tour in the sacred valley. We were surprised when we came upon it at the end of a dirt road. The restaurant is very open and has a large buffet in 3 areas. We had a table on the covered outside at end , overlooking the gardens and Urubamba river. It was a... More

Fresh cebeche, lots of choices from this large buffet. All looked yummy. The restaurant is beautiful inside and located on the Umbamba River. A peaceful lovely setting with gardens front and back. It is off the main road.
