Nicest place we have been in Peru, cheap but delicious with the nicest owners. Highly recommend. We had the set menu for s./18, soup then chicken and rice with brownie for desert. So good! As well as fresh lemonade.

Food here was delicious and not too expensive. It is a place to go for comfort food as it isn't really Peruvian. The owner gave my daughter a free banana chocolate chip muffin, which was very nice of him. They seem to be closed on the weekend.

My traveling companions and I were in Ollantay (which we LOVED) for less than 24 hours and we ate both of our meals at La Esquina. We had wandered around searching for a dinner option when we ran into some friends who suggested we stop there. So we did and loved it! All four of us tried something different and... More

I love this place. The owners are a delight to talk to, they will give you directions to anywhere, you can stop and have tea, a meal, or the only PB & J in Peru! Everything is ethically sourced, as local as possible, and healthy. Makes me want to open my own bakery in Ollantaytambo.

If I could give them a 12/10 I would! The owners are extremely friendly, helpful and caring people. We went for food several times because the food was just wonderful and reasonably priced. The menu of the day was probably the best deal of all, value and taste. Right on the square too. Try the soups and salads! Lemonade is... More

First, Ollantaytambo is a place that should not be missed. The ruins are amazing and you can walk the terraces and take it all in. The area gives you a true experience and then there is a point when you just yearn a good cup of coffee and voila...you find this place. I tell you, my husband and I enjoyed... More

We had the mixed meat skewers, chicken fajitas and veggie burger - all very tasty and large portions. A bottle of Frontera Sauvignon Blanc was 35 Soles. Good value.

Friendly, welcoming service and great food. Menu offers simple fare, but each with that little extra to make it special--like a BLT with guacamole. The freshly baked breads and desserts enhance every choice, and don't miss the soups.

This place could have gotten 4 stars from me but they screwed up our to go order. We ordered chicken burrito or fajita (I cant remember) and they ended up giving us beef. It tasted good but no beef for us. This was the evening rush and the place was packed so that might be the reason why they mixed... More
