This place is in a breath taking setting. Turn up from the Sacred Valley along a dirt road for several kilometres and find this beautifully preserved hacienda. You ring the door bell and the large wooden doors open up. A waiter greats you with pisco sours. You move slowly though the gorgeous gardens full of orchids in the courtyard. Outside... More

We had dinner here with our tour group; we had the entire place to ourselves. The Pisco Sours are delicious, the food is good. The view of the stars on the back patio were amazing! The Hacienda is beautiful, a step back in time.

I am not a professional reviewer, and this is just my opinion. During a trip around the Urubamba Valley, we stopped at the restaurant for lunch. Good thing our guide knew where to go, because there is no sign pointing the way. After a mile or so on a dirt road, we arrived at the hacienda and were quite impressed... More

This was our second visit and it was just as enchanting as the first. From the moment you arrive you feel like a guest of the owner. We were greeted by a waiter and offered a pisco sour. You are them permitted to stroll through the hacienda and view the extensive artifact collection. It is like a step back in... More

Nice decor, but great views of the valley. The food is above average, but not spectacular. There is a privately owned museum of Peruvian art which is a nice touch. It is a little of the path so takes some time to get here

It is hard to beat the grounds of this restaurant. Definitely go during the day because of he views and what we considered a challenging road. But the food was tremendous and we really enjoyed the museum of artifacts. We went as part of a package tour

While the food was very nice, my primary interest in this lovely place was the Paso horses, referred to me by a mutual friend. We had arranged two rides: both of them four hours long, and both were a wonderful experience. Pablo Lambarri, whose father has long managed the stables that are connected to this restaurant, organized through his sister... More

I came across the name off this restaurant by chance in one the travel books about Peru. It was praised as a real gem showcasing the real food of traditional Peru in a wonderful traditional house in the hills. It stated that a reservation is only possible through a Peruvian agent. I decided this sounded like a special place for... More

Lovely surroundings. Food not worth the price paid. Have had some wonderful meals in Peru...and have been to Peru many times. Booked this as a farewell dinner for my group - they too, remarked on the great food we enjoyed at other places. It was OK, but i will not be returning.

Treated to a special lunch at this place. Food and service was great. The restaurant is part of an old Spanish Hacienda and has its own private collection of Pre-Inca, Inca and post Inca artifacts. The dining hall is grand. The waiters are attentive and warm. Food is exquisite.
