Go-to place for sushi in Lima

I have known Osaka since I lived in Lima for a brief period in 2012. I usually travel to Lima once every 2 months due to work and the place is a must go every time I'm there. Having eaten sushi in several countries, this is by far the best I've had. Highly recommended

Nikkei is one of our "must haves" when visiting Lima, so we checked into our hotel and immediately headed to nearby Osaka for lunch. We LOVED it! Since there were five of us, we could order a variety of rolls to sample and the waiter helped us pick out some of the more uniquely Peruvian ones to try. He also... More

Went here on the first night in Lima and were greeted with some amazing food. Sushi was incredible and everything was fresh. Ended up paying around 60$ each which was quite a lot but had wine also. Recommend the Katsu Maki

Having eaten in several different Nikkei restaurants, I was pleased to find that I could still be surprised. Osaka has a very creative menu, that searches for new blends using not just the usual fusions flavours, but also seeks new mixtures with ingredients from all the corner's of the country. The crunchy gyoza, in particular, were delicious. I would also... More

This restaurant was a pleasant surprise! Even it was widely recommended, I was not expecting so much! Actually, in this restaurant I've tried the best asian food in my life The ceviche is wonderful! You will be more than satisfied!

I have been in many Restaurants in Lima. Some are already in world rankings due to their food quality. Osaka has one of the highest quality plus service. If you come to Lima do not miss it!

If you want real sushi, you will have to go to Osaka. Why is the sushi so good here? Because of the fresh fish they use and because they don't overcomplicate dishes. Simple. Don't expect a luxury environment but the service is pretty good.

I have been two times there. My rating is for the food and it is very good. The problem is that both times I've been there it's me and one more table. So, an empty restaurant is not a nice place to be.

Atmosphere was excellent as well as the service. For drinks I recommend the Ginger Mojito and the Jack Daniels Tea. My girlfriend enjoyed a Berry Nice and an excellent Martini. The Sushimi was good, but nothing to write home about. For Sushi (Makis) I would recommend the Ceviche and the Parma, both were absolutely incredible. To top it all of... More

Everything we had here was fantastic: we wanted to try everything on the menu but had to stop ourselves with just one of each "type" of food. No disappointments but a highlight was the udon!
