This restaurant is highly reviewed and was recommended by our driver. We had heard about this place and had to try the ceviche. Overall, the fish and ceviche dish was good, but not amazing. The service was quite lousy. There is no one dedicated server and they weren't very welcoming to the say the least. The price is also rather... More

With a group who all tried different seafood, all were happy, good quality and good service. Very generous servings - obviously a popular place for both tourists and local professionals.

Great seafood and Pisco sour for starter. Tasted calamaris, Octopus and sward fish. All were delicious. We eye here for diner on a normal week day. It was not busy and we really enjoyed our dinner. The service was excellent also.

Fun place in a foodie centre part of San Isidro. It's very much an open air place in the sense that even though it's mostly covered there is not much between you and the elements. So it is chilly if it's chilly outside. Attractive outside drinks area and then two dining areas one rather nicer than the other. Food is... More

I visited this restaurant 4 years ago and it was pretty good. I visited it tonight. The food was absolutely the worse I've ever seen in Lima. The service the was the only thing worse than the food. I ordered a grilled octopus. It was so tough you couldn't cut it with your knife, much less chew it, and it... More

I guess I'm in the minority but this place didn't blow me away like it did seemingly everyone else. I thought the ceviche was average and very similar to others I tried while in Lima, nothing spectacularly different or original in any way. I did really enjoy the Parmesan scallops and the lucuma cheesecake was incredible but being known for... More

We had a very nice and enjoyable meal. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to walk us through the very large menu and suggest meals. The menu had a lot of "funny" local political jokes and it was a bit hard to concentrate on the meal choosing because of it. Not being a local didn't help... More

I went to Pescados Capitales for lunch on a Sunday and came without reservation. Still I did not have to wait more than 15 minutes for a table. The location is really nice and the other people were very relaxed - the mix of people and location just creates a great atmosphere. They have a wide selection of dishes and... More

The place name and the whole menu inspiration play around sins and fish ( pecados/ pescados ) The idea is attractive , the creativity is there , just maybe they should control it a little bit as the menu turns out to be excessively long . The food we ordered : starters to share , individual main courses and shared... More
