2 types of ocean currents and a whole variety of seafood from cold water and hot water gathers in front of Peru's shores, this variety made peruvian seafood one of the best in the world. Lima is one of the best seaside cities where to try this and PESCADOS CAPITALES is the winner choice where to try this in a... More

We had the same experiences as the last review. We arrived at 6.15 pm and there were 5 tables of customers. After the waiter served our food, he disappeared and never to be found again. The other staffs seem totally disinterested in providing service. When we finally got our check, forget about dessert or coffee, we paid our check and... More

I went to this restaurant because of a recommendation from a travel agent. I arrived to a nearly empty restaurant. I was seated quickly and the waiter showed up to take my order and he seemed less than interested in any kind of conversation. The ceviche was good, but I've definitely had better and near the end of my meal,... More

We had a 3 course meal that blew us away. Wonderful food, and superb service - sure the waiter didn't speak a flawless English , but delivered a way above average experience none the less. I went here on a recommendation and will recommend it to anybody who visits Lima :-)

The seafood is amazing, the dishes had Capital Sins as names (The restaurant name is a joke about it) and we chose "Wrath" and "Envy", both really good. The place mood is good, helped by the nice service team. Try some Cusqueñas (great!) if you like beers or the Peru's most famous drink, the Pisco Sour.

I have eaten here several times over the last 12 months and the seafood is some of the best in Lima. Ceviche is fantastic and the Tuna cooked to a treat. Recent meal here was somewhat disrupted by a very loud table nearby but unusual I think.

Each time we return to Lima this restaurant is on our "must do" list. Their pisco sours are top notch, if not the best in Lima and their selection of Peruvian seafood dishes is amazing. Every dish we have tried has been exquisite. Favorites include their "conchas a la parmesana" and their signature dessert rice pudding creme brûlée. Wow! Highly... More

We have been eating here on and off for the last 10 years. It has its ups and downs. This time (March 2014) the food was extraordinary, including the ceviche, octopus, tuna, etc. The drinks were also exceptional. But the service.... continues to be below average. This is a tip: ask for cloth napkins. They don't provide them but they... More

This restaurant was highly recommended to us but we found it very disappointing. The food is average and the service is not up to scratch for the price as it is quite expensive. Really not worth the hassle going to. There are much better eateries around.
