Rafael, has everything. Great attention, unbelievable food and a great atmosphere. The perfect combination between peruvian food and a twist of the cheff. We had superb pisco sours. The grilled octopus was fantastic so were the ceviche the red curry. The red tuna tartar OMG! A must while at Lima!

Before coming to this restaurant I never liked ceviche, I really like it here. I wasn't a big fan of scallops either, but here they are to die for! I can't wait to see what comes next...

Lucky for us, Rafael was near our hotel. Though we didn't have reservations, we were seated with full menu and excellent service in the back near the bar. My partner had the "Cabrito de leche horneado con madeira" and I had the "Crocante cochinillo de leche confitado en jugo 'mibakami'". Both dishes were excellent--one of the best dining experiences we... More

I went here on my recent trip to Lima. The restaurant was close to our hotel but unfortunately we did not discover it until our last night. We literally went here 3 hours prior to our flight because we wanted a chance to at least try it. We sat at the bar and the service was quick and friendly. We... More

Having wanted to have a great dining experience in Lima, I found out about 2013 top 50 restaurants in Latin America. Turns out my hotel is only about 15-20 minutes walk to Rafael on Ca. Saint Martin 300 at Miraflores. I walked in to the restaurant around 8 PM and well received by the hostess. Food is excellent, portion is... More

We were taken to Rafael (incidentally the name of the owner)by my Peruvian friend that I hadn't seen in 10 years while staying in Miraflores. The menu is Peruvian food with some Italian influence. We sampled quite a lot of the menu, sharing the various dishes - the calamari were delicious as well as the ceviche. As main :the lamb... More

Ceviche is very tasty, the cuisine is more of a high-end local flavor. However, i had my credit card stolen here. Enough said.

This was introduced by 2 friend stairs in Lima. We eat several dish here. Taste is moderate and good. Not too special but good food. But, it is not best in town type of restaurant. Cosy and good attention from waiter. But price is very nice.

Had dinner at Rafael. I have only been to the Bogota restaurant and I have to say that it exceeded my expectations.

Came there on a Tuesday evening. The place was busy so reservation is highly recommended. Pisco Sour as always in restaurants of that kind was excellent! Enjoyed a delicious Prosciutto Pizza combined with peach and mozarella as a starter. Main courses (Pumpkin tortellini and Sirloin steak) were simply outstanding! Finished the whole experience with housemade gelato! Pricey but worth it!
