I came here upon recommendation from my hotel, and it was absolutely wonderful. The ceviche four ways is incredible, and it is worth going to the restaurant just to try that dish. Their lobster ravioli is also one of the best I've ever had. The service was great (staff were professional and so friendly), and the restaurant was filled with... More

My office is quite near, so I used to go there sometimes during the 90's. Last time was a summer day in December 2013, I will never forget that day, cause I was not able to go to work the next two days. To make a long story short. The fish or some of the ingredients were not fresh, and... More

Alfresco was recommended by our hotel for its seafood and it did not disappoint. The salmon with spinach ravioli and julienned capers, carrots and (I think) jicama was an unusual but pleasing combination. The arroz criollo con mariscos (yellow rice with seafood) was also very good once my husband extracted the octopus and squid that he had specifically asked be... More

The grouper and causas here are to die for. The service is fantastic and they play 80s and 90s power ballads. Can't get better than that!

We were instructed to go to Astrid y Gaston, but if you don't book three weeks in advance, i guess you cannot get in. This was suggested by our concierge and it was not a disappointment whatsoever. I recommend for either friends dining out or for a romantic evening.

Alfresco is a phantastic place if you like good fish! Everything day-fresh and prepared in the typical Peruvian way. The restaurant is located close to the center of Miraflores and can be reached easy on foot from most Miraflores hotels. Prices are reasonable; service is friendly and helpful. For those who don't like fish there also some land-dishes, however I... More

We were directed to Alfresco after check in at the Estellar Hotel and asking for a nice ceviche nearby. We were impressed by the food presentation as we walked through to our table. We liked the pisco sours which were not overly sweet, just the right tang. Four of us shared a platter of multiple ceviches as well as a... More
