Peruvian food experience that's a bit fancy

We ordered the 17 course degustation with wine pairing and really enjoyed the whole experience. It was a great Peruvian food experience with the use of local ingredients, and we could appreciate the philosophy, the heart and soul that the chefs put into each dish. Some of the dishes are unique and... read more

Had the 13-Course Lunch Tasting Menu. Presentation & service were just so-so. Food was ok leaning a little bit towards the salty side. Not impressed!

We were in Lima only for one night and we made a early reservation here for the smaller degustation tasting menu. The restaurant is elegant- make sure to wear something nice! Although this isn't entirely necessary - the staff are incredibly polite. We ordered the small degustation menu. Each of eight items were displayed on the menu with the altitude... More

We tooked the 17 course menu, the food was really good and the wine as well, we had a white wine from Peru. The only thing is they brought us the first two courses and we didn't order the wine till then, because nobody brought us the wine list, and I asked for that.

Interesting, fun and inventive menu. Overall a great experience topped by an appearance by the chef at our table. Thanks you!

Did the 10-course tasting menu, which was fun. Everything on the menu was arranged by the altitude at which it was obtained - from below sea level (frogfish and deep water algae) to the mountains (avocado, kiwicha and tree tomato). This - and the fact that everything was Peruvian-sourced - made for an interesting meal. But I have to say... More

Yes, it's brilliant to say the least. I was concerned that all the 'best Latino America restaurant' fever thing was a bit overrated, but now I have to say that this place actually exceeded my expectations in every way. We started with a few drinks ('Pisco Sour' variations, all very good, but you HAVE to try the passion fruit one).... More

Simply superb - great staff, amazing menu and some very creative cuisine. Went there for lunch with small children in tow, so less time to spend at the table, which meant we couldn't opt for the full degustation menu; will leave this for our next visit but looking at a nearby table it looked terrific. We ordered a la carte... More

Beautiful, cozy space. Professional, courteous attention throughout. Every detail of the food - from the bread to the appetizers to the entrees to the dessert to the after-dinner gelatin bites (one is of pisco sour!) - is creative and a pleasure to experience.
