Two of us went to dinner here after a movie. Walked in at 9pm without a reservation. The restaurant is beautiful and modern, the bar area dark and inviting, and the staff helpful and friendly. After mulling it over we chose not to do the tasting menu but instead split an appetizer, each had a main, and split a dessert.... More

My husband and I dined at Central on our final weekend in Peru at the end of our 3 week trip. What a meal! The pre-fixe menu is as outstanding as its recent #50 world ranking would suggest. I was proud to have made the booking almost 6 months ago after exhaustive research and before the new ranking. The restaurant... More

My husband and I had lunch here today. We has the 10 course tasting menu that was really a 16 courses if the bread and many sweets were counted. One of the most memorable meals we have ever had. The tasting menu takes about 2.5 hours so plan accordingly. The food was creative and beautifully plated with an unreal attention... More

All the reviews written about this restaurant are accurately. Im only going to add, that i ordered: confit tuna, grilled octopus, pork chick, sheep, and camarones laqueados: all was amazing!!! It was an orgasmic sensation following by a miniature dessert of pisco sour (great invention)

An expensive dinner but worth every penny. We spent roughly 400 soles for dinner (including 2 drinks each) and it was probably the best meal we've ever had, anywhere. The restaurant isn't the easiest place to spot on the street but was within walking distance of the JW Marriott and Larcomar. Having eaten at hundreds of restaurants all over the... More

We went here as it was top rated and no.50 on the World's 50 Best Restaurants List. We went for a late lunch, sin reserva, and got seated after 10-15 mins. We asked the waiter for recommendations and got 2 fish dishes. We started with the ceviche caliente and it was very good, albeit a bit pricey (S/.75) - pricier... More

We headed to this restaurant for a friend's birthday and loved the plating of everything from the appetizers to desserts. They had a really creative play on a greek salad where every ingredient was in mini-bite cubes! Of 4 entrees, 2 were fish and came to the table undercooked. Our guess is that the beef and suckling pig of the... More

This restaurant has excelled in every way. Every one of the many courses was creative, ample and delicious. We were, frankly, amazed at the excellence of the food . Too often the highly rated restaurants disappoint... Not here!! Bravo!!!

The place has a great ambiance, the food they served was so unique ¡¡¡¡ Even though we are ecuadorians and that we share many , many ingredients we were surprised by the new way to cook them . It is not cheap but it is worth it.
