A wonderful experience!

Carlos, the owner of Costazul, takes care of his guests. He even suggested we split the item we were ordering -- a rarity for people looking to make money. Carlos made this experience wonderful, but food rivaled him. We had the chupe soup and it was outstanding! A fantastic last night spent in Lima!

Nice very casual atmosphere. Medium-sized portions. Price is high compared to similar places in Miraflores. Service is good. Food is pretty average by Miraflores standards. If it was cheaper, better or had bigger portions I'd go back. There are better options around here.

We went to this restaurant based on a recommendation from friends and were not disappointed. We were running late due to horrible traffic in Lima. The hotel called the restaurant and the owner Carlos said no problem he would stay open late. We were warmly greeted by Carlos, who remembered our friends. He recommended we try the seafood "experience", which... More

We follow the suggestions from TripAdvisor travellers and we havr been very satisfied. The first impression is to be welcomed at friend's house. The atmosphere is cozy and informal with a touch of creativity (lots of clients have left their "sign" on the wall). The menù is full of mouthwatering plates woth fish. We had the pulpo, the orgia, the... More

Places like this are the reason TripAdvisor exists! I would have never found it, as it is a small, non-descript place in the middle of nowhere. And I've stayed several times on Pardo Ave., which is just one block away. Even the owner (who was very friendly) said that the restaurant was on the verge of closing, when the good... More

Definitely not easy to find especially after dark. We were warmly welcomed by the owner, a middle aged couple It's a modest eatery with red brick wall on the side where you could ask for a marker and leave your imprint Decided try their fried dumplings (wanton) which was supposedly recommended. Perhaps being Asian, we are very familiar with wanton.... More

So happy we found this small family run seafood restaurant! The food was great and the welcome was even better - we thought we might have found a good place when we saw we were the only non-Peruvians there. It was the best dinner we had in Peru, the waiter advised us about the menu and the owner was very... More

Had a wonderful meal! The owner welcomed us to his restaurant as if we were long lost friends. He suggested a 4 course meal that was spectacular, even our teenagers loved it. I had had ceviche before and was not a fan- but the ceviche here was so delicious. Highly recommend a visit here.

We went with the waiter's suggestions and ordered several different dishes to share - the food was delicious, and we felt as if we were at a banquet. The owner was extremely friendly and we ended up staying way beyond closing time, just chatting and swapping tales. The wall is covered with comments from visitors, praising the food and the...
