Love this place! Pisco Sours that pack a punch, light Peruvian fare. Great waiters. I know these waiters by name and better than any restaurant I go to in the US. Have NEVER gotten sick eating here

Cafe de La Paz at Parque Kennedy has been one of my favourite spots in Lima, as it was classy, nice French music in the background, and the old personnel used to be courteous and friendly. But I have been there recently at the Tarata Boulevard and I am quite disappointed to say that it is not the same anymore.Young... More

I tried their outlet at Miraflores in Lima. Try the Ceviche Mixto here with a glass of Pisco sour. The ambiance is mind-blowing. The staff here are nice and quick.

This cafe is well situated near a small square. The ambiance is good, peaceful with unobtrusive music in the background. The food is average, however if you choose to pay with a credit card, the waiter will ask if you want to include the tip. Beware, he will add 20%!

This place has obviously been in business for years, if not decades, and the décor is suitably dated. It describes itself as "a heaven (sic) of peace in the heart of Miraflores", which indeed it is -- just behind the church facing Parque Kennedy (once they remove the temporary hoarding). It has a quite extensive menu for a café, waiters... More

Thus restaurant is located in a quaint side street beside Parque Kennedy in Miraflores. Great menu with lots of options for Peruvian cuisine. I had the Cause a la Limena which was delicious, plus my first Pisco Sour..equally delicious. Waiters are attentive and friendly. Would recommend for anytime of day.

We had a drink (Pisco sours) here one afternoon with a large group, and loved the drink, and service. We returned for dinner, and had a delightful, romantic dinner of antipasto, rooster empanadas, crispy cheese wontons. We loved this restaurant! Good prices, downtown location, excellent service, great food. A winner!

We enjoyed a coffee, hot choc, and an empanada at an nice quiet outdoor table. Service was excellent. Best part was the quiet – its down a pedestrian plaza/courtyard away from the busy street.

We liked this place so much we ate dinner here twice while in Lima for 3 nights. The menu has many choices, prices are moderate, food we ordered was excellent. It seems to be favored by locals as well which is typically a sign that the place is good.
