There is NOT any other restaurant better than Francesco.....was 1st in food innovation even first than Gaston Acurio. They have its own way for Peruvian sea food which makes all delicious. You also have to be sure tha they use BEST fish and ingredients available in the market....other charge you for LENGUADO and gives you othe unexpensive fish instead. Try... More

This is the typical restaurant with beautiful dishes, fancy description, but not well executed. The tiradido was too salty, my fish was cold and the zapallo tortelone where over done, my friend's fish was over cooked, and the other friend's Tuna was underdone (he asked 3/4 and get 1/4...) The restroom is too close to the kitchen. At least is... More

I came here while visiting Peru and reluctant to hear there was better seafood I still went. I loved it! The service was great. We were offered soup complimentary. Also, since the daily soup had crab (I am allergic) the chef made me a fish soup. I didn't even have to ask. The ceviche with conchas negras was my favorite.... More

I would go again. I have been here with friends on various occasions for lunch. It is good and my Peruvian friends like it. There are other places to dine that are higher on my list. But the food here is good and the location is quite nice. The service is always good.

The restaurant is only open for lunch 12pm-5pm. I had a delicous lunch and the service was outstanding. A bit pricy but worth it.

I just had a lunch for two, and had a wonderful experience. (With a bottle of good wine - 288 Soles - around £80) Starting with a lovely soup broth which was hearty, and wonderfully subtle, then a stuffed Rocoto, with rice and cheese then a Langoustine Causa (Mashed yellow potato, in an incredible mildly spicy sauce, with Langoustine and Avocado),Cebiche... A very good friend take me to this restaurant. Typical Francesco ceviche was good, though i liked more the traditional one. Camarones were big and fresh, though not open enough for "inexperienced" seafood eaters. The views from the restaurant can be fantastic if you seat upstairs (downstairs is a dark hole, don't do it). Food is good, can be even... More

Traditional food with an excellent view of the ocean. Try anything with fish! Tiraditos, ceviches, causas. All good. Not the best pisco sour but a great traditional dessert: suspiro limeño.
