Classy ambience, tiny portions

I enjoyed its classy ambience, neat presentation of the dishes and discrete service. We ordered ravioli filled with rabbit which was delicious but left me unsatisfied, only 8 tiny pieces of ravioli (wish they used a medium-size). I enjoyed its classy ambience, neat presentation of the dishes and discrete service. We ordered ravioli filled with rabbit which was delicious but left me unsatisfied, only 8 tiny pieces of ravioli (wish they used a medium-size). Also pasta with urchin, flavoursome but lacked accompaniment. Desserts like Pannacotta were artfully presented but tiny, not enough to enjoy it. There's an... More

Good food in a nice ambiance, but the service was really bad. Normally the owner is there to take the order, but this time he was not around and the waiter made a lot of errors. Too expensive for the quality of the food.

I like Symposium and his charming host Marco, he has great quality products and a wonderful wine list, but its equally very expensive , worth going if you are not picking up the bill...

Food is amazing - tastes like in Italy! The owner is always there and I think it keeps the service and quality on the highest level.

Without a doubt, this is the best Italian restaurant in Peru. The good is modern, delicious, and the atmosphere is well appointed and cozy. The owner personally makes sure you feel at home and is fantastic at explaining the menu or just having a chat with. When traveling to Lima, tourists typically don't eat Italian food. They really don't know... More

Just to let you know that We met Gaston Acurio , the best Peruvian chef, when we arrived at this place having diner with a friend. Gastons restaurant, Astrid y Gaston is only a couple of blocks away. Great food, fantastic service and the chef and owner Marco will come personally to your table to suggest what to eat. The... More

Do not bother to look for another place for Italian food in Lima The food in itself is amazing and to top that the presentation is wonderful , with a great taste and the correct portion size Although a bit pricey, it is a great culinary experience

The place looks OK, they even have Valet service. The portions were tiny, we were six at one table and three of us complained about the portion size of a Pasta dish. The service is less than average! Overall, just fair, nothing outsatanding!

Highly recommend it. The service was confusing as you get different servers. The food was very good and the portions perfect. We will be back.
