In Lima for just a day, I was treated to this outstanding restaurant. It quickly overcame my disappointment at not having a Peruvian meal. Great and true italian food, pretty good service and an ever-present energetic owner. The menu is varied and extensive, as is the willingness of the owner to deviate and prepare dishes to your choosing. Great for...

This white table clothed Italian restaurant is easy to drive by unnoticed, but find it, it'll be worth it. Tucked on a side street in Lima's ritzy San Isidro district, there's no sign, so we almost missed it. Make a reservation because the space is small, and there is a high demand for this Tuscan inspired cuisine.
The small space...

The restaurant is a bit like a Bowling Alley in layout, but the food and service were excellent. The Shrimp Risotto gets top marks, with a good selection of local wines.
A little hard to find (the named is etched in glass on the door and there is no sign so we drove by it twice), Symposium is an excellent little secret in Lima. At the end of the night we were saying the food was exactly like our honeymoon in Tuscany, simple but delicious. The wine list is possibly the...

Wewent with locals that happen to be friends with the owner. He offered to would organise a 4 course tasting menu which was executed to perfection! The service was simply impeccable! Loved it, loved it, loved it!!! This has to be the best kept secret of locals in Lima. Can't wait to go back there again!
Last night I went with my family to celebrate my daughters birthday and was delighted by the great choice. Service is really good and the owner came to attend us personally, as he does at every table. He recommended and described the main dishes and all of us had a great dinner.
The wine decanters are beautiful and the variety...

His menu is truly remarkable and very sophisticated preserving the essence of Italian food characteristics. Marco's presence is always felt in every detail. His easy going manner makes guests feel at home...

The ambient, food, service and decoration were incredible and beautiful. We went in a big group (10 people), and loved all the food. Personally, I recommend the motzarella di buffala as a entrée, the spagheti nere di fruit di mare, and the chocolate egg for desserts. A must when dining in Lima.
PS: We went for celebrating a birthday, they...

Lets start saying that I've received many comments about this restaurant And all of them very very good.
Maybe that's why my expectations were really high. Anyway, there are some opportunities for improvement that I think are the bases of a good and high level restaurant.
Service, is not as professional as I was expecting, the waiter couldn't explain the...
