Lovely Italian Trattoria

We just wanted a quiet & relaxing light meal after a long day travelling and, wow, this was just the place. Just a few steps from our hotel, we enjoyed eating there twice and, on our second visit, took along another couple who were travelling with our tour. Their reaction - the same as ours... read more

After several weeks on the road and sick of eating chicken and rice or similar we were both craving pizza and this place delivered above our expectations. The pizza menu was comprehensive and it was hard to chose from so many good options. The complimentary garlic bread evaporated before our hungry eyes and we both enjoyed watching our pizzas being... Fantastic pizza and a lovely woman who runs the place. It's just her and the pizza maker, so relax and enjoy a little wait. 5 of us ordered 5 different pizzas two days in a row (total of 10 diff pizzas) ... all delicious and very affordable.

Went to Nonna's after reading other reviews for a pizza. We were greeted by the owner, who was very friendly, and given some complimentary garlic toast spears with a slightly spicy red sauce, a garlicky white sauce, and dried, crushed oregano for dipping. We sat in the front room, near the pizza oven, and watched the dough being rolled out,... More

I had a 4 seasons pizza here which was quite possible one of the best all time pizza's I have eaten anywhere in the world including Italy reputed to be the home of pizza's. If you sit in the area by the front door you can watch your pizza being prepared & baked right in front of your own eyes,... More

Very authentic Italian pizza - perfectly cooked, thin and with quality toppings. Reasonably priced, particularly by Western standards. The service was very quick, owners lovely and wood oven kept the place nice and warm. Since most pizzas in South America feature large amounts of cheese, we asked for much less and the result was ideal.

Just wandered in to this place close to our hotel. The proprietress appears to be genuinely Italian. A medium pizza and "family size" calzone fed a hungry family of 4 adults. Also a wide variety of soft drinks and juices.

was intrigued by the open "pizza making" table as well as wood burning oven. the complimentary toastette appetizer with spicy tomato paste, mayonnaise based sauce and oregano was very good. the pizza was cooked right. very thin crust without being too skinny. great service and ambiance.

First night in Cusco so didn't want to walk too far ... Looked nice with the wood fired oven so we gave it a try. Ordered a large pizza and calzone, both were delicious and helped along with a couple of cold Cusquena beers. Very friendly staff; recommended for a low-key place to get a meal. We tried to go...
