The first time I visited Maizito was when I arrived in Cusco last year with my little sister. I took note of the place because it has the perfect view over the Plaza and because the exceptional service. Because of the excellent location and the service, Maizito has become my regular office/eating place in the center of Cusco. Like most... More

I've been traveling to Peru for the past 3 years and I can say without a doubt this is the best restaurant to eat for authentic Peruvian dishes. Also, you really can't beat the view of this place! I find the courses to be reasonably priced and any time I want to show off what Peruvian cuisine has to offer,... More

The trout ceviche was delicious. Admittedly I have not yet tried the ceviche of ceviches (Lima ceviche); however I really liked mine! it was presented beautifully too on a bed of lettuce, corn, and pumpkin amd tasted quite fresh. However, I was unpleasantly surprised that my orange juice cost 10 soles.

This one of the most tasty restaurant I ever try in Cusco. Ask for the kinoto ( a quinua risotto). Is mostly preffered for locals, very cheap and the view is amazing to main square. The service instead is kinda slow and the take too long to bring your order...so, not so hard right?

I've eaten here a couple times with a group and instead of ordering off the complete menu, we have had a few selections for starter, main and dessert. The meals I have eaten there were nice, but nothing spectacular. Quinoa soup was delicious and there is an option for alpaca as one of the mains, which is always a hit... More

This restaurant is big. Easily enter more than one hundred people and I really like the "Cuy Cusquenian" and the view is spectacular, I could see the whole main square of Cusco, surrounded by churches on the one hand and the shopping area on the other, was good view at the time of dinner. The attention is good. I recommend... More
