Wonderful dinner and service

Food was great. We started with the ceviche appetizer and I had the Loco Carne which gives you 3 cuts of steak, lamb and alpaca. They do tend on the rarer side so don't be afraid to ask them to cook a little longer or just use the hot stone the meat is plated on

It is a very nice restaurant, good decoration and efficient service. The food, mostly grilled is very honest and well prepared. I've tried the steak anticucho grilled in a volcanic hot stone and it was delicious. You can choose from several side dishes most of which are potatoe (papa) based. Also delicious. It was a very good experience and I... More

Start to finish this place was on point. We walked in without a reservation and the hostess was able to accommodate us in a private room off the main restaurant. Points for getting seated. She noted that we may have to wait a bit since kitchen was backed up but frankly the wait wasn't bad at all and since we... More

Was recommended to this restaurant by a couple traveling through Peru. This is a must try restaurant! Generous portions and great value.

This is the best Peruvian cuisine option at Cusco. Nice plates and it is really delicious. If you are not alone and your partner don't eat a lot, consider share a Cebiche and a Meat Lover plate: you will try regional meats like Alpaca in the best way.

PHENOMENAL FOOD, SERVICE, AND ATMOSPHERE - less than 3 minutes off the main square. Tucked away on a side street within an alcove, you can miss the restaurant if you don't know what you are looking for. You are met at the front door by the restaurant's staff (who graciously open the door and welcome you as if you were... More

We ate at 4 different places (Chicha por Gaston, Marcelo Batata and Cicciolina) and this was our #3 pick. Tasty lunch with huge portion sizes so might be worth splitting the entrees, especially if you get anything on the hot volcano stone. What this place does well is meat, especially alpaca. Also, very charming shabby chic vibe that makes this... More

Been here last week for a family dinner. The dinning room is very nice, the location is great (couple minutes from the plaza de armas) and the service is good. The sole drawback is that when you have your steak on a hot stone, you smell afterwards. If this is not a problem, i do recommend this place.

Two of us went to Uchu for dinner. The complimentary marinated olives are amazing. We had a bruschetta and it was delicious. We each got our own meat (one steak + shrimp, one chicken + shrimp + fish) served on the hot rock. It was very good and the sauces that it came with were tasty. Together with one glass... More
