One block off the main plaza. I always love restaurants that have a theme or something extra than just food. This place is based on cooking on stones. Your food (Beef, Alpaca, etc) arrives at the table on a sizzling stone. They bring the food out when it is probably medium-rare, so if you liked your meat cooked medium or... More

To be fair, we only tried the Chocolate Quartet desert along with unsweetened coca tea: a chocolate semihard truffle, chocolate mousse, drops of liquid chocolate and a chocolate coulant. Amazing.

Walked in at 7pm with a group of 6 without a reservation. They were very accommodating. It's a very nice restaurant and the food was seriously amazing! We ordered the cebiche and one of the bruschettas to start and they were a wonderful way to start our meal. The flavors were spot on. Order the alapaca. Just do it because... More

My family and I had a fabulous lunch at UCHU restaurant in Cusco (Peru) very recently. The entire staff was very polite and helpful. In particular the head waiter Elvis Rado was terrific ... he explained in detail when asked about a couple of their dishes. When asked about what music was being played in the restaurant, he not only... More

Chose this restaurant because already well rated on Trip advisor and it didn't disappoint. Although not a lover of cook your own food we were advised the best way to do so based on how we like our meat. The beef was really tender and the alpaca succulents and very tasty. We may return tomorrow!

Food is decent and prices are in reasonable. Highly recommended. The menu is not traditional Peruvian food but mostly a fusion of traditional and regional .

Meats come out on a sizzling plate and you can cook to your liking. Alpaca was great but the beef was out of this world. Best meal of our trip.

We used our Lonely Planet guide to select the restaurant on a Sunday night in Cusco. We wandered in about 8:00 without a reservation. Although they were booked, they found us a table. The service, wine and food were excellent. Our best meal in Cusco.
