We stumbled upon Gustitos de Loli while looking for a good pasta place in a city where seemingly everywhere serves it. Less than a 10 minute walk from Plaza de Armas, we squeezed into the charming restaurant off a narrow street that almost feels like an alley. The restaurant seats at most twenty people, so the service is virtually guaranteed... More

A truely excellent little restaurant hidden in an unassuming back street right in the heart of Cusco. We had steak salad which sounds strange but tasted amazing and everthing else was way above average to put it mildly and cheaper than anything to be found where the tourists go! It is not hard to find and not far from the... More

I chose this restaurant purely based on the fact that it was about a 5 minute walk from my hotel and the great reviews on tripadvisor. Let me tell you, you will not be disappointed. My sister and I both had small salads to start which had grilled veggies that were very tasty. I ordered the alpaca steak with mash... More

We heard about this restaurant by a couple that had stumbled upon it randomly & were headed back! What a great find! They have amazing homemade pastas (I got the white wine & mushroom one that was AMAZING!). My boyfriend got the Alpaca steak which he kept raving about. The place is pretty small & cozy but we called ahead... More

Found this place by accident - on a group trip and 2 of us were heading to our hotel to meet our tour leader to pay for something. We had some time so we popped in and both had soup, and I had hot chocolate. We were late meeting our tour leader because the food was absolutely wonderful - too... More

Went to this gem of a restaurant which is away form the main square. It's a cozy little place with great service and excellent food and a good selection of wine. We had the Spinach Ravioli and the Ink Spagetti, both were freshly made and tasted amazing. I would rate this restaurant up there with the best but at a... More

I came in by myself, a little early for dinner, and was alone in the restaurant. My server advised me on the menu, lit a candle on my table, and managed to both available and unobtrusive while I read and listened to the soft Andean music. I had black tagliatelle with a coconut milk and lemongrass sauce with grilled trout.... More

It's a small place, only a handful of tables on a terribly narrow side street with small signage. But the food was great. Really great. We had quinoa soup with fresh veggies, onion soup in a port wine base, eggplant aubergine and, wait for it, an Alpaca burger which the kids devoured. Price was very reasonable, highly recommend it.

Based on the good references on TA, we decided to go there since it was also only a block from our hostal. The atmosphere is simple and we were the only costumers. They have a menu in good written English wich we didn't see a lot in Peru. The beefsteak with a sauce of blue cheese and the garlic trout... More
