We went there relatively late (around 9:30-10:00) and it was (surprisingly) full with Peruvians. We went later, as we knew that earlier it would be overly full. The atmosphere is very cozy, the mix of old Inca Stones and the Italian flair makes it a great place to go as well as a couple as with a group of friends.... More

Another great place to eat in Cusco, although I only found it at the end of my trip, and unfortunately they are open only for dinner. I was told that I might have a long wait since they do not take reservations, but went around 6:30 and was seated right away. Nice, relaxed, informal atmosphere, excellent pizza and wine. Their... We were looking for a good place to eat pasta in our first day in Cusco, after having plenty of seafood at Lima. While walking across a narrow street we found this cool place called La Bodega 138 and gave it a try. The appetizers were good: baked bread, garlic sauce and a wonderful aji sauce. I had a very... We have been travelling in Argentina, Chile, Boliva and Peru. But this restaurant have absolutely the best pizza in Southamerica, made in real italian style. Just great.

We went twice to La Bodega 138 while visiting Cusco. Both times we had pizza and they were very tasty. I tried their Maricucha juice and I loved it!: maracuya, strawberries and ginger. Simply delicious! Service was good and very accommodative. I've been told it gets packed easily but we got there very early and didn't have a problem finding... More

La Bodega 138 is outstanding. Really nice craft beer selection (although Valle Segrado is not here...yet?) and food is delicious. The owner was fantastic and talked about beer for a bit. Also has a nice flat screen at the bar that had ESPN on, which was a welcome treat. Do yourself a favor and swing in for a beer and... More

I ordered the second pizza on the menu, the one with eggplant. I don't know if was the cheese or if they just added salt. The pizza was very salty. Also my glass of Peruvian Malbec was about one third full for five dollars. Not a good experience.

We ate at La Bodega twice while in Cusco as the pizza and services great. They also have a wide and varied beer selection.

I had dinner at La Bodega during a recent trip to Cusco. One of the best pizza restaurants I have eaten at in any country. They had a great selection of house specials and a good selection of none pizza food items.
