First of all this is a really cool looking place. You feel immediately comfortable and it has a very cool-chic design. The menu offers lots of choices for every taste. If you don't like any of the pizzas suggested, create your own! The medium sized pizza is huge btw and could easily be classified as a big one in other... More

We decided to try pizza from La Bodega after reading so many good reviews. And we weren't sorry. Cozy place with great service. Pizza was perfect, thin crust, well baked and the garlic sauce to go with it... amazing! Place worth recommending.

My wife And I just ate the best pizza in Cusco. There are a lot of pizza choices in Cusco and we tried a few but all of them fell a little short but not La Bodega 138. The pizza was incredible to say the least. Wood fired to perfection and plenty of great combinations. Diego the owner is super... More

A friend of mine who is also from the United States recommended the pizza from La Bodega. It came up because we were discussing the differences in Peruvian pizza compared to United States pizza. I live in Cusco now but please don't discount my review because I was looking for pizza "more like where I'm from." I will say upfront... More

After a day recovering from touring Machu Picchu and the Sacred Valley - we really wanted some Pizza. Our concierge at Palacio del Inka recommended this restaurant and we're glad she did. Tucked onto one of the tiny streets it's a nice little pizzeria/Italian restaurant. We ordered a pizza to our liking and it was excellent. Service was good, the... More

after getting back from our Machu Picchu trek we had a mean craving for Pizza, La Bodega did not disappoint! We got a delicious prosciutto and pineapple pizza that was delicious. We took it to go and while we were waiting we peeked around to see some amazing looking food! They only take cash.

Went for a quick dinner here. Service was OK but not great - not very attentive etc but this seems to be the norm in touristy towns in Peru. Previous reviews highly recommended the pizza but mine was slightly undercooked and lacked any flavour (perhaps on off-day?). The salami tasted quite strange. The juice was good but could have been... More

We went there relatively late (around 9:30-10:00) and it was (surprisingly) full with Peruvians. We went later, as we knew that earlier it would be overly full. The atmosphere is very cozy, the mix of old Inca Stones and the Italian flair makes it a great place to go as well as a couple as with a group of friends.... More

Another great place to eat in Cusco, although I only found it at the end of my trip, and unfortunately they are open only for dinner. I was told that I might have a long wait since they do not take reservations, but went around 6:30 and was seated right away. Nice, relaxed, informal atmosphere, excellent pizza and wine. Their... We were looking for a good place to eat pasta in our first day in Cusco, after having plenty of seafood at Lima. While walking across a narrow street we found this cool place called La Bodega 138 and gave it a try. The appetizers were good: baked bread, garlic sauce and a wonderful aji sauce. I had a very...
