Aguaymanto Resto Bar is a small charming restaurant with its own style. It is a little hard to find the place, but it is worth looking for! We have been traveling in Peru for 5 weeks and I can safely say that this is the best restaurant we've been to. The staff was nice and helpful! But the best thing... More

We went to Aguaymanto to take a cooking class and came out more than happy! Angel is quite a chef and a guide; he took us to the market and showed us fruits we had never seen before, made us taste them and explained what we would need for our class. Back at the restaurant, since it was not too... More

We went to Aguaymanto to enquire about a cooking class, and it became our favourite place in Cuzco in an instant. Emma makes the most amazing chilcano (you know an outstanding cocktail maker when you see her taste her creations numerous times as she mixes them), and the food is incredible. Manuel has managed to create a super welcoming atmosphere... More

My husband and I really enjoy this cooking class. First, we went to look around the local fresh market. We did in the morning. It is perfect timing, since the market is not too busy. Then we learn to make Pisco Sour and Chilcano, and Alpaca Saltado. We also can request other meals such as ceviche, but we have to... More

What can I say, one of the best restaurants in Peru, looks and feels new but very homey and the range of dishes is big and very interesting. Everyone can find something for themselves. Highly recommended if passing by Cusco

We had a fantastic time. Great service and amazing food! Best we had on our trip. Manuel told us everything about each food. Eco friendly and good for vegetarians and perfect for meat eaters, too.

We had an excellent time. We signed up for a cooking class with Angel. He took us on a tour of a market to purchase ingredients for our lunch. We went through talking to the locals and vendors sampling fruit and drinks along the way. It was a great introduction to the cuisine and locally available produce and learning about... More

I had aji de galina and it was very good. The staff is really kind and the atmosphere was great aswell. The pisco sours were awesome. The place may be hard to find but it's worth the time. I would totally go back there.

I had Alpaca Saltada and it was yummy. I had Alpaca in other places but nothing like this. I also had Chilcanos for drinks which were also great. I would def go back to this restaurant and taste the Aji de Gallina and try the shots of the macerated Pisco with fruits. Thanks to the friendly staff for making my... More

Had such an amazing dinner here with our group. The food was excellent and the Thai curry was probably the best meal (not to say that what the rest of us ordered was bad because it was excellent). The juices are delicious and highly recommend the ginger aguamento. Great hidden gem!
