We visited on a quiet evening, but were attracted by thte layout and pieces of art. Service was attentive at first, but we got the impression that our server was distracted by regulars. We both chose pasta dishes, but the lasagne was not available, so I decided to try the spaghetti bolgnaise. My wife's chicken and gnocchi looked and tasted... More

I'm sorry to hear you did not enjoy your dining experience in our restaurant. Our server was substituting for our regular server during Thursday thru Friday of this week, and was distracted with paying our weekly bill for vegetables and fruits. Our regular server would have known to give priority to clients. so this issue will correct itself, but as... More

We were looking for a place for lunch with a patio. We were the only guests (it was quite late for lunch) but we decided to give it a try. The food was really good, service excellent and all was good value for money. Deserves a recommendation.

Great food and beer! The people and atmosphere was wonderful whether you visit for lunch or dinner. We went back twice. Don't forget to check out the art work and get an ice cream before you leave.

A fine place for both breakfast or dinner somewhere in the middle between hotel Libertador and the Main Square. John, the owner is American. He is running the restaurant and his own brewery, while his wife is having a beautiful art shop in the same court. Good Peruvian, American and Mediterranean cuisine.

I love this restaurant and it is like a little oasis to escape to in Cusco as it is hidden in a courtyard away from the masses. I visited many times in the afternoon to sit and drink wine (great choice and reasonable prices) in the sunshine and they often have live music which is an added bonus. Food is... More

My husband and I loved this place, and had 4 meals here during our trip! Dinner twice, lunch once, and breakfast once. We enjoyed everything, but especially the pasta dishes! They have a great wine selection, and we also enjoyed the ice cold Cusquenas! The owner and his wife were very friendly and helpful with sight seeing questions, etc. We... More

Lovely courtyard setting, really good, reasonably priced food, friendly staff and live music to boot. It,s tucked away on a side street but well worth the visit

The quirky little building and menu looked lovely with a mix of local and international options; so we decided to give it a try despite there being no other customers there at 7:30pm on a Tuesday evening. The Aussie dim sims were definitely nothing like Aussie dim sims; they're were excellent. The Alpaca salad was also delightful and the soup... More

Thank you for your lovely review. I'm sure I have lots of room for improvement in marketing Dragon' s Palate... and this October we seem to have taken a dive in clientele. I was satisfied with our business and our growth from last year during the May to September timeframe, but yes... it is very quiet this first week of... More

More "travel magic" here. We ducked in through the stimulating gallery and followed the sounds of live music into this delightful beer garden, then swooned over the gelateria off the side. Fantastic food, clean, creative, gourmet, large portions. The staff can also advise on an excellent wine and beer list (including their own brew, Dragon's Sweat). Prices were around $15... More

Thank you for your very kind review. As I type this note, I am waiting for Claudio and Amy to setup for their afternoon session of blues and soul. Claudio is a fantastic guitar player from Cusco and he also does some backing vocals. Amy teaches violin in Cusco and both sings as well as plays violin with Claudio and... More
