Description: This restaurant is INCREDIBLE!! They have an amazing mix of American, European, even African/Indian foods with traditional Peruvian mixes/accents. The decor is enough to make anyone fall in love with this locale alone. I found it because it was featured in the new edition of Lonely Planet and the food and drinks are to die for. It was by far my favorite restaurant in Cusco; I even went there twice! Absolutely delicious.

We went to this restaurant on our last night of our trip to Peru and had a lovely evening. The Restaurant serves traditional Peruvian dishes and was excellent in every way, the food was really delicious. There was a party of 25 of us Brits all sitting together and ordering different dishes and the staff were very competent and didn't... More

Both drinks and dishes were amazingly tasty!! The alcapa fillet is even better than what we tried in Arequipa.

Seriously good food, good atmosphere and great choice of wine. I tried Alpaca kebabs and Alpaca steak. Both delicious and beautifully presented. You may need to book as they get very busy.

This was a superb class. The food alone was worth the $100 but the overall experience and the lessons learned was really fantastic. Probably the best $100 we spent in our two weeks in Peru

We enjoyed some pretty fast service and tasted the best Llama of our trip here. The prices are not too high for the quality, service was fast but not top notch. There is quite some choice of llama dishes which is what we came for and really didn't disappoint. Recommended.

We made reservations to have dinner on the roof dining area but Cusco weather didn't cooperate. It was just too cold that night. They staff was so great about making sure we weren't disappointed. But this restaurant is mainly about the Andean fusion cuisine. If you have enough time, it's probably worth visiting more than once. I had the duck... More

It's a great restaurant. We received a 10% coupon (without asking for it) at Uchu the previous night and decided to check it out since it was listed as Peruvian-French fusion. I beat our expectations. Excellent food. Extensive menu. Brilliant presentation. Great service. Tastefully decorated with perfect lighting. It's a bit hard to find as it's located on the second... I must say that I don't really get what the fuss is about with this place. The dinner we had last night was distinctly average, and probably a little below par for the price. We had late lunch that day so opted for mains only and a couple of drinks. I had the pork which was meant to be slow... More

We were introduced to this restaurant by our guide. Food was beautifully presented but it also tasted fantastic. We tried Pork Adobo and it was delicious. Perfect food on a cold day. My husband tried Pisco Sour and loved it; not one of my favorites. Since we were in Peru we also decided to try their Guinea Pig appetizer...we didn't... More

I don't understand Spanish.....but want you to know, that the chef spoke perfect English...so it was truly an outstanding cooking lesson.
