The restaurant is situated only 5 minutes from the plaza, midway on the stairs. It is definitely worth the walk. Nicely decorated restaurant with a cosy ambiance. Very friendly owner, who really makes an effort comforting your dinner . Looked a bit expensive but we had amply enough with both a soup and sharing one guinea pig (!), as suggested... More

My boyfriend and I were impressed by the atmopsphere and service at this restaurant, but were expecting really impressive food. The food was not bad by any means, but we were not hugely impressed. We ordered the roasted cuy and had fun with its presentation, but it's around 50 soles for the plate itself and the taste/quantity just wasn't worth... More

We got there the first time on a recommendation of friends and we had a great time. The second time we came back it was even better! The atmosphere is warm and relaxed with good music, the host (we think the owner) was amazing and the service he gave us was personal and perfect! The prices are very good when... More

Definitely worth the visit. We tried the roast cuy. It was well presented and the sides and soups we had were also lovely. Luciano our host was very welcoming.

We heard about Kusikuy from our tour guide in MP, and also saw it was highly rated on TripAdvisor. We went to the restaurant in the morning while wandering the city. The owner, Luciano, opened the doors for us early (we arrived around 10:30 am, they open at noon) to show us the menu and describe the plates. We were... More
