Don't need to say many things about Kusikuy, but I will: it's a place where you feel home! Luciano, the owner, made the restantant - a charming and adorable place - at the first floor of his house. As his restaurant is not just in front of Plaza de Armas, most of his clients come from internet searching, and that's... More

We were searching for the best place to eat guinea pig in Cusco and found this place on Tripadvisor! The restaurant and the waiters did not disappoint, but lived fully up to their great ranking on Tripadvisor. It was our first guinea pig and we couldn't have had a better first experience with it! The food was really really good... More

Found this place by accident on our way back from Sacsaywaman. Owner was super friendly, restaurant had great decor and ambiance but the best part was the cuy we ordered. Presentation was awesome and the taste incredible. If I ever make it back to Cusco I'll definitely go here again.

Firstly, this is easily the best restaurant we've been to in Peru. The food was top notch, authentic and well presented. The owner gave personal attention to us and to every table and seems to be a genuinely nice guy who loves his work. His wife is the chef and is famous in Peru (it's obvious why) The decorations are... More

First thing we noticed was that there were only, 5 people there, with us it became 8, and when we left it was 3. Decor was unimpressive, but functional. The staff consisted of 3. However, the food was very good and the owner/waiter was very attentive. He also chatted with us as one of my adult son's is fluent in... More

Did not order cuy but this seems to be the place if you want the full experience -- the roast guinea pig was dressed with a tomato hat for photos before being cut up. Am sure it was delicious. However it is 58 soles so a bit pricey for lunch so we just watched others get it. Our lunch (alpaca... More
