Great place to try Cuy! We highly recommend it. The staff were amazing, the food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Thank you Luciano for a great night.

My 20-year daughter wanted guinea pig and saw this restaurant was top choice for this in Cusco. We were not disappointed. We got there too early and had to come back after 1PM. The guinea pig preparation was an hour they told us up front so we had appetizers and some soup in the meantime. Great guacamole. Presentation of the... More

I went there to eat cuy for the first time. It's slightly more expensive (+5-10 soles) than in a random restaurant around Plaza de Armas but it's totally worth it. Luciano and his wife (she is the cook) know their stuff. I have nothing to compare with as it was the first time I ate cuy but it was well... More

I came here on my own, and the owner made me feel right at home. I ordered ají de gallina, which is one of my favourite Peruvian dishes. I can't remember ever having one as good as the one I had here!

How in the world is this the 3rd ranked restaurant in Cusco? Are the other reviewers nuts? This was AWFUL. I foolishly listened to other TA reviewers and came here to try the cuy. To forewarn anyone ordering it, it is entirely a tourist trap. Not a single person was in the restaurant that wasn't someone who was clearly a... More

Went there as a recommendation from our B&B owner to try a guinea pig. Everything tasted wonderful and the service was excellent. The owner was super nice. Definitely recommended. if you want the guinea pig you should preorder it since it takes a while to prepare.

Had dinner last night at Kusikuy, nine of us in all. Love the eclectic decorations, and we're seated at a nice long banquet table. 20 soles corkage fee, and also ordered a not-so-bad bottle of Peruvian red. Had a bunch of entradas including the anticuchos de alpaca, alpaca on a skewer, which was great. Ordered the cuy 2 ways, roasted... More

We were 4 people who saw the reviews on Tripadvisor and sought out this great restaurant. It is a little out of the way up some steep stairs but it is well worth seeking out on Calle Amargura 140. This is the best place to have cuy(guinea pig). I have eaten cuy on previous trips to Peru but this is... More
