This is a great restaurant. I have to say that it was difficult to chose restaurants in the cities we visited in Peru. I was very concern about the hygiene and management of food. I felt save in all the Gaston Acurio's restaurants. I had one of the best quinoa salads ever. I was a bit sick when I went... More

We stopped here for lunch and had a very good meal including what we thought was a complementary dish. We had been given a complementary dish for our party of seven at another restaurant a few nights earlier, so we didn't expect a problem. I even confirmed with the waiter when he brought the dish that it was complementary and... More

I love to eat vegetarian at times, and this menu takes the best of Peruvian ingredients and makes the gourmet without being overly adulterated and complicated. I think it's the best in Cusco. I could eat there over and over and find more great things to try, without eating heavy foods. We went for lunch our last day and wished... More

The best Trucha Carpaccio I've ever tried! The place is great, though you must arrive very early or book a table since it is always crowded. The staff is very attentive and keen to explain you all about the food that's been served. Quite a culinary experience!

Chicha came very highly recommended by Lonely Planet, Rough Guide, here on TripAdvisor and by our hotel. The service and ambiance were excellent, however the food fell short of expectations. We came specifically for the Cuy (roasted guinea pig), a Cusco speciality. What arrived were 5 rather small strips that were dry and hard. It was quite a disappointment. Also... More

We ate lunch here on our last day before returning to Lima. As we know of Gaston´s restaurant we expected quality, and we got it in service, presentation and food. The pastel de choclo with a small salad was just right for me and my husband enjoyed the lomo saltado, meat was not overcooked. The pisco sours were excellent! We... More
