Interesting food

Good place to enjoy with friends and family. Excellent service! Great employees doing their best to deal with the huge quantity of customer. Few options in menu.

We were in Cusco for three dinners, in each case following recommendations of experienced Peru travelers, and Chicha was the best in my opinion, with appetizers and main dishes made with fresh ingredients and uniformly well-prepared. For appetizers, the grilled octopus is outstanding, and the ceviches and causa are quite good. The best main dish was the trout - prepared... More

This restaurant was highly recommended. I thought it was just ok, and overpriced. The service was good and the chilcanos were great. The rest was just average, except the cost which was high, especially for lunch.

I and my friend ate here at the recommendation of our host. This restaurant is one of the high-end ones in Cusco, but their prices I thought were reasonable. It was busy when we got there so we opted for a place at the bar. Service was prompt and the food was just great. I ordered a soupy kind of... More

We visited Chicha since it was highly recommended in Frommer's guide. The wait time was 45 minutes. Interior looks like a regular coffee shop, think your corner Starbucks. I ordered a peppercorn steak which was half fat and inedible. My wife ordered a Peruvian vegetable medley which she enjoyed. For dessert we had profiteroles which were stale. This is at... More

This was one of our favorite restaurants in Cuzco. The setting was wonderful, the staff was attentive and the food was wonderful. I ordered the corn ravioli with sun deride tomatos and it was excellent. The Pisco Sour and the wine was great also. A Cuzco Favorite!

This restaurant was disappointing. We are dinner and only one of the four of us had a really good dish. The rest of the food was mediocre. It was recommended by our hotel and not sure why. The atmosphere is also very loud and oddly arranged. We were seated at what felt like an add on table right next to... More

I was so disappointed! This was the restaurant I picked for my special meal. I found the food really very average, and the service pretty poor. My dessert was so poor that I could not eat it, even though I have a real sweet tooth. It was too sweet, and completely lacked texture. Several days later, I had the opportunity... More

Unfortunately we didn't have time to eat here but we grabbed a couple Pisco Sours before we had to leave. They were very tasty. This restaurant group came highly recommended to us by friends in Chicago. We tried La Mar in Lima which was fantastic, hence why we wanted to try Chicha. My husband became a big fan of chicha...
