What can one say about Cosa Nostra? During my 9 weeks in Peru I always tried to eat Peruvian, but on the rare occasion, my Italian cravings hit, I made my way to Cosa Nostra. I dined four times at Cosa Nostra during 5 weeks in Cusco sometimes with colleagues, and, I must say, each time was better than the... More

We loved the food and the ambience. You can find lots of national and international selections (for peaky eaters like my kids)

After 2 nights of eating in the bigger and busier restaurants on the main square we turned the corner and found this. A quiet restaurant with well spaced tables and most importantly no tour groups and no "entertainment". Instead we got courteous highly professional service, excellent food and good value. Exactly what we wanted. Highly recommended.

The food is very good. We had buccatini al fungi porcini and linguini fruti di mare and the were both very good.. Also the brusccetas are good but a little expensive. Very recomendable if you enjoy Italian food..

Excellent italian style pasta with good quality products, nice setting and smiling service. Expensive for Perú but it is worth if you like pasta.

the best Italian Restaurant in Peru, is in Cusco, the best of the best, so if you go to Cusco , have the best pasta in Peru, where you can see the owner, Don Elio, inside the kitchen, outside with customers, always happy and ready to make your stay unique. I recomended, I have yesterday a wonderul night with my... More

Why would anyone look for an Italian dinner in Peru? After several weeks of touring it was time for a change. Also, this place looks like something out of a trendy city in the USA which we were also ready for. The food was very good, staff a bit curt,, small place with limited number of tables. Loved the atmosphere.... More

I went to Cosa Nostra with my boyfriend and we had ravioli. The portion size wasn't enormous but it was perfect for me. The wine was quite tasty although a bit pricey. I would say that this is a great restaurant if you are looking for good atmosphere and great pasta but if you are on a tight budget it... More

It is a real Italian restaurant: the owner comes from Sicily and many of the ingredients come directly from Italy. We tried pastas and meats and they were great. The music of Antonello Venditti accompanied our dinner and we decided to go back there on the folloqing day to eat risotto and fish: they were delicious too. We did not... More

We went twice to Cosa Nostra, for lunch and for dinner: both experiences were very pleasant. The food is really nice, typical Italian with generous portions; I loved gnochi! Cosa Nostra is probably the unique place where you can get a nice Lambrusco. Young ladies were very attentive and overall service was great. I liked the decor and atmosphere of... More
