Tried to get into this place earlier in the night, but the inside dinning was full, and unfortunately it was quite a chilly evening. We went to another place down the street only to walk out. We returned to pachapapa and were greeted with a smile and luckily an inside table. Dayo, our server was incredible, and the food was... More

Great peruvian fare as well as good wood-fired pizzas all on a cozy outdoor patio. You can see the famous Cuy too as people order it fresh out of the wood burning oven on the patio. I didn't want to eat it but enjoyed seeing others excited to. Great drinks, fun place.

Wandered into Pacha Papa's after an early a.m. flight from Aguascalientes, tired & hungry. Warm welcome from staff, very accommodating to some allergies & all 4 meals were delicious. Breakfast croissant ham & cheese sandwich was baked in wood oven, more similar to a brioche bread & it was fabulous. Scrambled eggs with mushrooms & quinoa banquette were excellent as... More

The food was incredible and the service very friendly. We visited in a large group and had not made a reservation but they were very accommodating. The atmosphere was lovely. Would definitely recommend this to groups, couples or even individuals.

Find Pachapapa across the street from the San Blas Church at 120 Plazoleta San Blas. We enjoyed two meals at Pachapapa during our stay in Cuzco. One visit we tried traditional Peruvian plates and the next the pizza. Both meals were excellent. It was nice to sit in the open courtyard under the table umbrellas and watch the chef preparing... My husband and I were advised to visit Pachapapa for the best guinea pidgin in Cusco by our guide. We were not disappointed. We decided to share one and our waiter , Ever, was more than happy with this. I was quite apprehensive and it arrived (it takes an hour to prepare - I don't know if this means it is very... More

We ate here three times while in Cusco, including a thank you party for friends. We ate trout, pizza and drank a lot of wine. One bottle of wine was bad and the owner came to our table personally to change it and offer his apologies. All of the staff were very professional and very helpful. It's busy. Go early.

We did not eat a full dinner at Pachapapa but what we did eat was excellent in quality. The restaurant was recommended to us by Casa San Blas and is located in the fun Plaza San Blas. It you want to give Cuy a try, this is probably the place to do it. We saw one roasting while we were... More

The quality of the dishes here are only rivaled by the charm of its head waiter, Ever. Our meal was one of a kind, and the sopa de quinoa was literally the most divine thing that I've ever eaten. Ever's graciousness and eagerness to share the food of his region made this an experience we won't soon forget. Do yourself... More

This is a very popular spot in San Blas. The food is great. One night I had the stuffed hot peppers as an entre the other time I had a ham and cheese calzone. Both were delicious. I felt like the place was quite sanitary in their food preparation.
