This was an impeccable setting (courtyard of a stunning museum) with impeccable service and food. We sat under a white tent on a hot, hot day and were fed and watered like royalty. Foie gras may be politically incorrect in some circles, but the dish I had using FG was delectable, and the portion size would make chefs in our... More

We were treated like the most important VIP's, even though we were not that hungry and split one three course, prix fixe meal (we had a late lunch at Limo, another Cusco Restaurants Sabores Peruanos property. What an amazing restaurant group!). The Tiradito Covina was great; light, a touch spicy and a touch sweet, with an acidic bite that was... More

Wonderful fixed price 3 course meal. Starter was a wild mushroom soup with a pastry crust. Second course I tried the alpaca served with a potato dish. I personally did not care for the liver-like texture of the alpaca but several hungry friends at my table devoured my donations. The potatoes were served in a delicious light sauce. The dessert... Had a three course dinner at MAP Cafe (as a walk-in) which is located inside the pre-Columbian Art Museum's courtyard. The food was generally good, particularly the starter (trout tartare) and dessert (lacuma surprise). Their main courses on offer were slightly too 'safe' (I chose the beef loin) though I didn't go for the guinea pig as I wanted to... More

OMG! If you are staying in Cusco, you should really try to have dinner at this café. We had dinner here on our last night in Peru as part of our 10 day trip that included Machu Picchu. The service is excellent. And the food, just great. Our salads, main course and desserts were not only delicious but they are... More

Great place to have dinner in Cuzco- I highly recommend the Sopa de Setas and the Canelones Adobados. Probably the best Pisco Sour I have had in Peru... Very intimate setting and great for couples and adults.

I started with the trout tartare and was cautious because trout usually doesn't make that great of a tartare (it is too soft of a fish). It was incredible tasting. I then took our waiters recommendation to get the confit lamb, with a sort of quinoa paste. That was also very good tasting. The two people that I went to... More

We had lunch here on a nice warm day. The setting was relaxing and the food was delicious. The entrees were good but the dessert with meringue and lemon curd was really outstanding. I think the prices are high for lunch at about 50-60 soles per main dish. We just walked in without a reservation.

I had the opportunity to eat at the MAP Cafe with my travel group while in Cusco. I was very excited about the opportunity as it came highly recommended and looked like a great place to dine. All of the food being prepared looked amazing. Unfortunately, there wasn't a lot on the menu that I was interested in (or willing... More

Capchi de habas was my favorite plate. It is a fancy place, for a special moment. Make a reservations in advanced.
