Real Surprise! Mexican Food

Yes it is true... the portions are large… Had the tacos, which turned out to be small tostadas. But hey this far down south you sure can't complain . Have been here twice last week and I preferred the burrito.

I like to go when I want to escape the grind, have a delicious gin and tonic, and a good meal. The service is good. The price a little steep, but worth it.

6 friends agreed everything was beyond our expectations- just perfect in every way! The dishes for two are the special. This is the best of the best!

Small Argentine restaurant but the food is amazing. Definitely the portions are large. A plate for 2 easily feeds a family of 4 if you add another rice and salad. I paid $34 for the chicken plate, rice, salad and 2 clubs. If Tiesto is not available then La Esquina is a great alternate.

Wonderful dinner but way too much food! We ordered the grilled brie (delish), then the steak and mushroom disk - an enormous hot pan full of perfectly grilled steak surrounded by grilled potato slices. No way the two of us could finish it! No room for the great looking desserts.

Almost too cozy bordering on the small. The food is amazing, but staff should warn patrons about their big portions. The milanesa disk was our favorite. Best mashed potatoes we've had in a while. We will definitely be back!

This is a small restaurant serving Argentinian food. I went there with two friends and we shared a "disco" for two persons. All of us had eaten quite a lot earlier on the day, so we did not finish the dish. That said I would have preferred a smaller dish with slightly higher quality.

My wife and I have visited La Esquina several times. We have never been disappointed. Appetizers, entrees, deserts, and drinks are all superior. This is a small restaurant, so you can expect great service as well. The portions are ample and the prices are fair. This is a cut above the typical.

We arrived with 10 people and got seated almost right away. The staff was very helpful. We had someone in our group order for the table as they had been there before. We ordered 4 pans and ate family style. My favorite was the beef with mushrooms and the sauce was so yummy. The pans are lined with crispy potatoes... More

After a long day of travel La Esquina was a real joy to find. Wait staff was very friendly and the food came out on time. Every dish we ordered was fantastic! The margaritas were a little on the small side but everything else more than made up for that. If you choose this restaurant for lunch or dinner I'm... More
