Beautiful views over the Rio Tomebamba and the Cajas Mountains. Wonderful ambiance inside the restaurant which is part of a hotel. The food was just mediocre. My $10 sea bass was on the small side and did not have much flavor. My wife's filet mignon was tough.

The restaurant is quite formal, but very friendly. The food is extremely good and varied. The seabass with seafood sauce is quite excellent. Nice choice of desserts also. Wine is a bit pricey, and looking around some had opted for beer. Good view over the riverside during the day. Nice for a special occasion.

We ate here over Carnival, with some wonderful friends, the service was outstanding, the owner was gracious and involved with the diners. Our food was prepared as requested, and the desserts we ordered were out of this world.

A little more expensive than some places but an elegant dinig room. We were there over Carnival, when eveything in town but hotel restaurants are closed. Every table was gringos, but then nothing else was open and the locals have all left town.

Fantastic ambience; food amazing. Three course lunch $25 and good wine $20. Normal set lunch is $12 and well worth it. Best in Cuenca in my view

This lovely restaurant is located in Hotel Victoria in downtown Cuenca. The restaurant overlooks the river and the food is outstanding!
