We walked from our hotel (Lugano Suites) to the Al Forno (this took less than five minutes). We had a simple pizza and salad. The thin-crust pizza was absolutely delicious. We were more than pleased with our choice - the meal with one water and one beer came to only $18.80 - remarkable value.

The service is great. The menu is very simple and very tasty. They have plenty varieties of pizza and other dishes. I recommend a lot dish # 85, haha... Yes. The dishes are numbered. The desserts are very good too. I had a lemon cream. It is very bitter (like lemon) but I really enjoyed it. The prices are quite... More

They only have 2 lines and both on waiting call. I have been trying to order for over an hour and I can't get to talk to a person.

I am Italian...I have to say that it's very difficult to eat a decent pizza in South America but this Pizzeria is REALLY good! the Pizza is definitively the real one :-) and the environment is very nice! Really worthy to go if you want to try excellent Pizza and Pasta! Soy Italiana y la Pizza de Al Forno es... More

This restaurant has a poor service, with no people qualified for it. We ordered carbonara spagetti, after an hour waiting they tell us that it was not registered and we cannot be served. And denied to give us the food! The try to compensate with dessert. TERRIBLE!!!

Cuisine: Italian. Location: There are two or three Al Forno restaurants around the city. I went to the one close to Carolina Park. It's located in a modern, quite comfortable house. There is parking available on site, though there aren't enough places and I had to park in front of another car and the guard came mid-dinner to ask me... More

I had head great things about this place but it was so disappointing. The pizza just wasn't good. While the crust was light and crispy as a pizza of this style should be, it was the only redeeming quality. The sauce was too sweet at tasted like they used mediocre quality tomatoes. They put way too much cheese on them,... More

Basically my very best fast food is a pizza, I love thin crust style and Al Forno Pizzeria has one that is over the top. This artisanal way of cooking reminds me Naples in Italy as they serve a VPN crust that was slightly chewy around the border and paper thin in the center. This pizza together with the one... More

As a local, I highly recommend this restaurant. Best pizza in Quito, traditional and thin. Try and visit the Cumbaya restaurant. I recommend the 4 formaggi topping.

The capresse salad was delicious and generous. The thin crust pizza very good. Our waiter very attentive. Easy to get to by taxi.
