We like every details of this restaurant, the ambiance, the attentive service people and the elegant dining area, of course the food was impeccably, price was not high either to this level of gastronomy. Highly recommend it!

I´ve read some of the reviews given to this restourant and with enthusiasm I whent to visit it. I think the service did not take me in account because I was alone, meaning that it was very slow and I personally think I deserved better attention in a restourant of this height. The prices are high and the amount of... More

I recently went to ZAZU and was surprised to find a new style of cuisine than what we have been used to since its inception some 10 years ago. Zazu traditionally has had a Peruvian style menu and has always been superb but now I found a new style, call it Ecuador Gourmet. He uses the best possible Ecuadorian produce... More

On our first night in Quito we were told to head to Zazu and enjoy a good dinner. We were welcomed with several good fresh pastries and water. Our starter was a tomato soup which was fantastic, creamy and with special flavours adding to the tomatoes. For the main course we had two fish dishes. The Ahi Tuna was spectacular... More

We came here for a special meal out on our honeymoon and it definitively was that. We had fantastic mojitos as an apertif, then some great starters, tuna tartare and wagu beef carpaccio. The beef was immense with poached quails eggs and Roquefort foam, really special. We then had crispy suckling pig, which actually tasted like it had been deep... More

This restaurant is a must when visiting Quito. Really nice atmosphere , started at the bar , where they even. knew how to make a rusty nail. Our meal was amazing starting with stone crab cake which was perfect and on to seafood risotto & ossobucco (veal). The service was great & we really enjoyed meeting the chef who came... More

Had dinner at Zazu as our final night in Quito before starting our Galapagos cruise. The food is very very good. Highly recommend the pork confit and crab cakes entrees. Whilst there were many staff on hand we did find the service rather clumsy. Firstly, they couldn't find our reservation made by our hotel. Secondly, we were served the same... More
