96 guests of Celebrity X for the Galapagos adventure had dinner the night prior to the cruise. It was fantastic. The app of buffalo mozzarella and tomatoes was super. The ceviche was delicious. I loved my chicken Marsala and my family loved their veal shank. Trio of dessert was very good. Service was strong. Highly recommend this place

The general manager of the Malku Expeditions Travel Agency at the JW Marriott recommended this restaurant saying, If you are going to dine in Quito, this is the place!" He was right. The setting is beautiful, and like the food and the presentation, the owner has a real eye for detail. Patrick, the owner, came over to our table five... More

Our cruise tour group had a great dinner here; the food was marvelous and the setting is beautiful. The food was not just good, but the presentations also world class.

Gonzalo Proaño, the owner of this 5 star establishment in Quito, is a man who transmits his passion to his customers. He will take the time to match your choice of wine with your meal. One of the best places to eat in town, hands down!

La Gloria hosted our large tour group for dinner one night. Basically 90 people sat down at once. Combined with their regular clientele the restaurant was filled to capacity. This restaurant is amazing. They were spot-on with their service and the food was perfection. The electricity went out halfway through the meal. Guests had to pull out their IPhones and... More

The restaurant is modern and can be a bit impersonal depending on where you sit. Bar is cozy and looks well stocked. The menu is rich and has a chatty delivery that may confuse foreigners when translated. There is no wine list, and patrons have to chose and buy their wine from a winery inside the restaurant which has a... More

Turned up on spec and although the restaurant was fully booked Patrick, the charming owner, squeezed us in. Deliciously tender shank of veal, cooked for nine hours, that fell off the bone. And a couple of bottles of lovely Ribera de Duero from Spain. Very attentive service. Will be sure to return.

A group of 6 of us ate here and we were all very impressed with the food. It was wonderfully prepared and presented and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. We had the owner Santiago serving us - he was very charming and gave great honest advice on what to order. We wondered where the wine list was, only to... More
