I went to Café Turri, as I visited the restaurant for dinner 12 years ago and wanted to see whether it had changed. The food was delicious (I had a crab dish and my boyfriend had tuna) and the staff were friendly (although we did find most people in Chile very friendly). The reason why I went there 12 years... This was our first stop in Valparaiso after driving in from Santiago. It was a perfect late lunch. The warm goat cheese salad, pork tenderloin and Mahi Mahi kebos were all delicious. The creamed corn side was amazing. Attentive staff, even though the World Cup was on TV

Café Turri is classic Valparaiso, if you are visiting the city try to make a reservation and have lunch/dinner here, it is worth it. Beautiful views of the Port and the sea. I would suggest having some fish and don't forget to start with their delicious pisco sour!!

My wife and I have twice visited this restaurant as we recently wandered the hills of Valpariso. On both occasions we went at 6 to 7 p.m. when it was not crowded, and we were able to sit outside on the patio which provides extraordinary views of the city and bay. It was too early for dinner to be served--after... More

The food is very nice but not extraordinary. The view is perfect over the city. Nice spot when in Valparaiso.

Café Turri has a most unusual menu being presented like a small newspaper with lots of interest apart from the menu and wine list. It is in a great position and the live music make this a very popular venue so make your booking early.

We were not overwhelmed by the day in Valparaiso although there were highlights. We met the pastor at the Lutheran Church and he was charming and informative, his daughter played the organ for us. The lunch at Café Turri was wonderful. The Fonck Museum was the only reason to visit Vina del Mar.

This restaurant is situated above the city, and has an excellent view over the port and surrounding area. We had a window view, and enjoyed a very nice meal. I had the fried conger eel which was very good.

I did some research before going because it was for a celebrate the birthday so I really care for find a place with good service, great food and the nice time looking over the bay from a terrace… but it was this was I get: the waiters were completely oblivious with the service and much more focus in their conversation...
