Worth travelling for

I would across the world to come here! It was so good to find a lovely restaurant with good food after spending time in Argentina, where apart from the steaks nothing is good. We went on a Monday night, so the restaurant was very quiet which allowed plenty of time to interact with waiters, who went above and beyond in terms of service. The seafood entree was a little unusual and didn't work for me as was covered in a rice cheese sauce that overpowered the delicious natural clam and scallop flavours. The... More

Not a bad place but it lacks soul. Service is average, food is average, it seems they tried to make an upmarket restaurante ( prices are certainly in the high side) but, by trying too hard, they fail. Not a bad place, but no the place I would recommend neither the place I would come back.

One of the best meals on my trip. It was a perfectly cooked steak with this amazing port, red wine sauce with onions on these yummy cheesy potatoes. Soooo good. The service was great as well and the restaurant is very clean and nice. Well worth it :)

For one of the highest rated restaurants in Valparaiso (16/260 at the time), we had high expectations. The price was very steep ($200 for 4 people - 4 entrees, 1 appetizer, 2 salads and 8 drinks total). The steak was ordered medium rare, but came rare. Pasta dishes were very bland. Atmosphere was good, as is location (except the 2... More

Try the Ceviche, it is a must. The fish, seafood pasta and the side dishes were well cooked and tasty. The restaurant is centrally located in the safe cerro alegre. Very good and friendly service. A bit overpriced though

Everything was delicious, from start to finish, with a great Chilean wine. The crème brulee trio was one of the most beautifully presented desserts we had ever seen--three kinds, all delicious, organized artfully on a tray with colorful garnishes. Our best meal in Chile of the whole 2 weeks there. The staff are very friendly--service could be a bit prompter.

Flashy, dark and moody...we should have known better. Anywhere that tries to wow you with an atmosphere as obvious as this, doesn't trust its food. Perhaps its name should have been a warning Pasta, again. I was promised Seafood Linguine but what transpired was egg noodles, so wrong with seafood. I sent it back and asked for pappardelle. It came... More

Stumbled across this restaurant while looking for another one which fortunately turned out to be closed! We both had a leg of lamb which was deliciously rich and fall-off-the-bone tender. While ordering wine, the waiter happily recommended to us his favourite, even though it was the cheapest; and it was lovely. We even got a free little box of chocolates... More
