Amazing Culinary Quality

Amazing food for the price. You can have Belgian Stew or Waffles with Belgian Chocalate..or go for local typical favorites like Pastel de Choclo! If you order....you have to order the bowl of fries, yeah fries! Also La Table with Chicken and Shrimp is exceptional!

We took the lunch special, $7900, good food nothing fancy. Lovely outdoor area and the house itsel is nicely Art Deco. Reliable rather than exciting

We were very pleasantly surprised to find ViaVia in Valparaiso after enjoying many evening at their location in Leuven. A spacious, peaceful oasis amongst bustling tourists stops. The patio has a tucked-away, private feeling with a view on the ocean. Really great. And the frietjes zijn lekkkkker!

We've tried the menu of the day. We weren't fully satisfied since part of it was replaced with something else because, as they told us, they run out of ingredients. Good wines and pleasant atmosphere though. Very friendly, English speaking staff.

We had a very nice dinner here. Staff is very friendly, one of the owners speaks a little Dutch too (is from Ecuador). Food was nice, very tasty and we loved to have some 'home' food during our trip! Loved the building too, it is a very beautiful place. We went to other Via Vias around the world too, I... More

I visited Viavia in October 2015, on a recommendation, and I wasn't disappointed. The restaurant could easily be missed if you are not looking, but it is well worth descending to the Art Deco building that lies waiting below the path on the way to Cerro Allegre from the Reina Victoria Asencor. The food was great, the atmosphere relaxed and... More

We had a lovely meal here and stayed on for dessert as the courtyard was so comfortable and the food was very good. I would definitely recommend. There was a musician singing and playing the guitar while we were there. It was really bad but she didn't stay for long so peace was restored.

On our first day in Valparaiso we had lunch at Via Via. The walk down the numerous steps is worth while. The food was good and we were entertained by a young lady singing and playing guitar. The resident cat is very friendly.... nice location for a leisurely lunch.
