We chanced on this place after the restaurant we wanted to go to was too full. As a group of 4 adults and 4 children, this Belgian and Chilean cafe was very accommodating and offered an excellent range of options and was very affordable for Chile. My husband was especially thrilled with the variety of Belgian beers available. Great experience.

Terrible service. Waited almost two hours for our food despite ordering from a very limited menu. Had to ask them to clear our plates and bring dessert. Go elsewhere!

Dear customer We are very sorry the waiting time exceeded the normal standard. New Year is an extremely busy time and on certain moments we lacked staff due to absence. This caused a longer waiting time and we could not serve you as it should have been. We hope you can come by to our place on an other occasion... More

We understand that restaurant service in South America is not fantastic, however this restaurant reached a whole new low. We had to wait 1.5 hours for our food. The dishes we recieved were not the ones we ordered. They also said that they could not cook half of the things on the menu. The mojito that I ordered was the... More

Dear Sophie, We are very sorry your experience at ViaVia was a bad one. The day of your visit we were almost sold out at the end of the day and perhaps should have preferred to close our doors. But in South America, as in other continents, sometimes Murphy's law rules. The waiter made many mistakes and the lack of... More

We were really happy to find this wonderful place at Valparaiso. We just wanted to drink one beer but ended up spending all afternoon and evening having a cozy time with the owners and other guests. The food was really dellicous, the Belgian beers cheap for this part in the world! Perfect place for good beer and good food.

We came across this little gem completely by accident, and we were so glad to have found it. The restaurant is down some steps from the street, and has a beautiful little shaded courtyard with views across some of the beautiful houses of Valparaiso. We had the chicken pesto crepes and glasses of tasty Chilean sauvignon, and it was all... More

Superb gourmet at a reasonable price (we had the lucheon special) and terrific patio ambience complemented by excellent service and varied menu. Beer lovers will be in heaven with their selection of Belgian beers among others. Tasty appetizers and a well stocked menu. English is spoken as well as French and there is a view from certain tables on the... More

Many vegetarian options were available. The food was great and the prices were reasonable for the quality of food. The service was excellent as well.
