When visiting Valparaiso, you must eat here for lunch. Lunch because you need to see the expansive views from your table as you taste some of the freshest seafood that will touch your tastebuds. Everyone in my family ordered some type of seafood (mine was a salmon fillet over a bed of a sort of light potato salad) and we... More

This restaurant is a couple blocks down from La Sebastiana, on the other side of the park, in Bella Vista. The menu is all seafood and very fresh. Great views of the city from the big windows that surround the front. The place is a bit more pricey than other restaurants in the neighborhood but the food is good. We... More

We ate lunch here on a clear day in January and were fortunate to be able to sit at an outside table which gave us an unobstructed view down the hillside and across the port of Valparaiso - spectacular. Just remember that Valparaiso is basically a working, port town, not a resort town. For the more up-scale sites, one needs... More

What a view!! Food and Service was excellent. Put it on your list if you visit. We came from a winery tour and relaxed before tackling the hills. Perfect way to view the port and reflect upon the history.

Had an incredible lunch on our tour of Re winery and Valparaiso! Get there before 1 pm to get a table with the spectacular view! The ceviche was outstanding, and the selection of local wines excellent. The amount of food was generous, and we were not able to eat two courses. Unless you are incredibly hungry, one delicious course should... More

Recommended by our Chilean Wine Tours driver this restaurant was VERY good. Great pisco sours, excellent ceviche, large servings. We sat on the terrace for drinks and for the great view but moved inside for dinner as it got cool. Good service - all in all worth a visit.

We ate here on Dec. 28 during a tour of Valparaiso (like other reviewers, our guide Hector brought us) and had an excellent meal with friendly service. The ceviche is probably the best I've had anywhere. Fresh fish, veggies, local beer, great wine choices -- or try the local pisco. The tables on the balcony offer superb views. A very... More

We've been traveling for 5 months and this is the best restaurant we've been to in our whole trip, which includes Asia, Oceania and Latin America. Not only is the food amazing, but the setting on the hill overlooking Valpo is stunning. The service was top notch-our waitress was extremely attentive and swapped out or bread for new warm biscuits.... More

Our tour guide Hector Medina brought us to this restaurant for lunch. We chose to sit indoors (there is a terrace) but we still had a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean. The staff was courteous and the food of a very high quality. A meal for three cost 41,000 Chilean pesos (approximately 60 US dollars). This was a good... More
