How surprised and delighted we were to find a Thai restaurant in Valparaiso. The waiters were friendly and helpful. The food authentically Thai and the beers were local and tasty. It was great to have some spicy food served very attractively and highly delicious. I wanted to come again the next night but my husband persuaded me to branch out.... More

The food good. The waiters and bartender awful. There was a hair in my food, BLACK, and no apology at all. I'm blonde and they told me that nobody could be (then me?) Unacceptable !!!

Found this great place through tripadvisor in an area of good restaurants, was not dissapointed nice fresh crisp salad to start, followed by a seafood green curry and a sorbet to finish all very good quality food with a combination of asian and chilean flavors, my wife had the sqiud stuffed with crabmeat which was also extremely good and well... We had a great experience at Samsara, however the dishes were pretty expensive. They did include a salad, main dish and dessert though. Dessert was our favourite part. They could use more artwork to improve the atmosphere. Overall it was a great restaurant.

In a place we didn't expected, an excellent thai food (one of the best I had so far). It's expensive but worth it, the portions are huge. For 13 000 pesos you get a nice little salad, your dish, some rice and a good dessert. Service was OK and the restaurant was opened late. Try the coconut - chicken soup... More

A great atmosphere, staff was friendly and efficient, and the food was perfectly prepared. Even though it's not the Thai style I was used to from Thai restaurants in Australia, it was really close. Wines were not as expensive as on other restaurants and desserts were superb (even though they weren't thai but more of a fusion).

I liked a lot this sort of fusion of Chilean and Thai food. It's not so spicy, juts the way I like my food. But if you want heat, ask for more heat and it will come, don't worry. I ordered the Pad Thai and my husband a calamari filled with pork and king crab. Both were delicious. The passion... More

We have returned to samsara several times and it is our favourite dinning spot in valparaiso. Nice drinks for a start and the currys are quite authentic ( we can tell with authority as my wife is 1/4 thai) and its fusions dishes are a success : you must try the calamari filled with pork and king crap. The service... More

Staff was super friendly and Waiting time was never too long. Food was very good. Definitely among the better restaurants I have visited during my 12 months in Chile. Only minus is That the food was not as Spicy as I would have hoped. Also Think some more art on the walls would give the atmosphere a facelift!

We are very experienced Thai food eaters & this isn't Thai food. It's not horrible food but we were wanting Thai & this failed to deliver Thai food. We ordered the stuffed calamari & it came hot & fresh in some sort of a gravy like sauce with a lovely fresh side salad ( it had more of a Thai... More
