Once again my annual visit to Santiago included several stops at Rosa. I recently saw it listed as one of the top ice cream parlors in the world. I agree...and I'm from Boston originally where we consume more ice cream per capita than anywhere. They have some unique flavors of local fruit. I particularly love their chocloate peperoncino ( dark... More

Do yourself a favour and visit this place. The ice-cream is indeed amazing. I loved the rose ice cream, not only because its unusual yet outstanding flabour, but because its perfectly smooth consistency. I regret having tried it only on my last day in Santiago, otherwise I would have been there once a day for the rest of my stay!

Again, i was expecting more. I had the dulce de leche ice cream and my husbamd ordered manjar blanco y chocolate. Both were nice but that was it. I definetely had better dulce de leche ice cream before. It was too sweet and too soon you get tired of it. I recommend it because it has a nice ambience, the... More

I was really excited to try Emporio La Rosa, but in the end I decided not to. When I got there it was about 20-30 minutes before closing and they were sweeping the floor and cleaning up. I stepped inside and all 3 people working there refused to look at or talk to me. I asked if they were closed,... More

Went here on the recommendation of locals. Wasn't impressed with the taste of the gelato, which I thought was average at best. Also expensive, considering the small scoop that you get.

Delicious ice cream at an affordable price. They definitely give you your moneys worth. Interesting flavors like lemon-basil and raspberry mint. The vanilla is creamy and delicious! Definitely worth a stop (or two or three) during your time in Santiago!

This is a great place to stop if you are walking around the Lastarria neighborhood. The ice cream is top-notch, and it's in a pleasant park-like setting. I loved the chocolate-avellana (chocolate hazelnut). There's a location in Valparaiso too.

The ice cream here is delicious. I probably would've given 4 or 5 stars for it. However I ordered the chicken sandwich was expensive, small and not very tasty. For the same price the day before we got a daily menu down the road for the same price with soup, main and dessert! Give it 1 or 2 stars
