Excellent cuisine. This is food for all senses. Chef Juan Manueal Pena is a maestro. Sebastian, the server is one of the most customer centric server I found in Santiago. This restaurant should be in the bucket list for anybody in Santiago

We visited the restaurant last night while my brother was here and loved it. We had an awesome experience and tried some very interesting food. A lot of the food was out of my comfort zone, but it was all very tasty. The atmosphere is really fun and we had great food. I loved everything about this place and will... More

My fiance and I went there while on vacation in Santiago to celebrate his 31st birthday. We started with the sampler appetizer, each ordered a main course, and then finished with the dessert sampler. The bread plate came first - some were good, some not so much, but all where definitely interesting to try. For the appetizers, I have to... More

Two colleagues and I went here for dinner with some friends who live in Santiago and had recommended it. The food was unique and delicious. The servers were prompt, friendly, helpful, and engaging. Instead of a basket of bread they bring out a board with different kinds of "bread" (you think about bread in a new way) from different regions... More

A charming and cozy interior, attentive service by Catalina who spoke perfect English and explained everything in great detail. This is traditional foods and your taste buds will experience many interesting flavors and textures presented in unique ways. We wanted to do the whole thing so we shared the appetizer that offered a small taste of each of their eight... More

It is a very nice restaurant with a very exoctic menu. They first of all served a "gift" from the chef, which was a spoon filled with tartar horse meat and some spices. Then they served different breads that represent regions from north to south Chile, including Rapa Nui. For the starter you can choose one which is a sample... More

Really enjoyed this meal. From the helpful service, to the ambience; from the complimentary bread degustation platter, to the Chilean Syrah; from the oyster and snail entree, to the pork with plum sauce on a bed of mashed beans for main and the degustation dessert platter. Superb!

This was an amazing place. The food which is very traditional in both substance and preparation was amazing. The service despite the fact that we were a large group was precise, friendly and prompt without at all feeling rushed. The atmosphere and setting were open, comfortable and relaxing. This is a not to be missed gem in a great part... More

This is without a doubt the most unusual dining experience we had ever had. The food was wonderful, and the staff explained the history of these foods created from ancestral heritage of the regions of Chile.

I went with my family for a Sunday lunch. The food is amazing! This is a very different and educational experience, in which you get to taste and learn about different ingredients. Every dish has an explanation regarding history and culture. Plus, the place and service are amazing. It's not cheap, but it's totally worth it!
