The food here is Peruvian or Peruano style. I had the grilled chicken with is a half chicken boned and grilled. It looked like a chicken breast which surprised me but was a whole boned chicken cut in half, white meat and dark meat. The flavor was great. The service as spotty and hard to get the server's attention.

My wife and I just moved to Santiago and were walking around the neighborhood looking for a place to eat when we stumbled across Pardo's. The service wasn't bad, but the food was very good. My wife had the Pollo Brasa (rotisserie chicken) with a caesar salad and I had the chicharrón de pollo with fries and a fried egg.... More

When in Lima i always visit Pardos. So i was pleasantly surprised to find out a franchise in Santiago. Same great food and service as in Lima. I ordered the 1/4 chicke with chinese rice. As expected it came accompanied by an.assortment of peruvian sauces.

I have eaten at Pardo's Chicken many times over several business trips. I had to keep going back every time I was in town. The sauces they have are to die for and cause cravings. He comido en Pardo's Chicken muchas veces sobre varias viajes de negocios. Tuve que regresar cada vez que estaba en Santiago. Los aderezes son para... More

Pardos has the best chicken in town. No doubts about it! The side dishes are excellent too. Sadly, the service is horrible and the staff is completely unresponsive. The prices are a bit high, however, the chicken is really, really good.

Menu does not have English, but with help from locals and pictures, manage to order the roast/grill chicken ? The chicken is juicy, not too dry. Cappucchino has slightly more cream than I prefer, but is alright. The dessert (suspiro limeña) is sweet and nice!

We went late and took some take out to eat in the hotel. Food was excellent! Good portions, and once served in real plates it felt like a 5 start restaurant.

Being a "peruvian" restaurant we went for the famous pisco-sours. Greatly, MAJOR disappointment. After we returned the frothy, foul tasting, sweet concoction, I had a very nice chicken breast with the secret sauce. Other at the table had salads (the small one was enough for one-and-half person), and "lomo." All very tasty. Final letdown was that they charged for the... More

I ate at Pardo Chicken in Peru and Chile. All them were great and it is not expensive. Even the meat was great.
